3 挑戰時段年 4 月 12 日 2017 年 4 月 19 日挑戰時段年 4 月 20 日 2017 年 4 月 25 日挑戰時段年 4 月 26 日 2017 年 5 月 2 日 8. 得獎者將收到由 AIA 發出的電郵通知 ( 按參加者登入每週挑戰手機程式之電郵為準 ) 如未能在 AIA 發出之電郵通知中的指定期限內收到有關得獎者的回覆, 該名得獎者的得獎資格將會被取消得獎者必須出席本活動之頒獎典禮 ( 如適用 ), 否則其得獎資格將會被取消而不作另行通知 9. 得獎者被視為已授權 AIA 使用載有其相貌的相片作本活動的公關及推廣用途, 及使用得獎者之個人資料作為本活動的直接郵遞及通訊之用 10. 參加者須承諾及保證所有填寫或提交之資料, 包括個人聯絡資料, 均為真實且正確, 亦沒有冒用或盜用任何第三者之資料如因客戶違規或因非法行為導致 AIA 或第三方損失, 客戶須負上一切法律責任 11. 參加者必須於活動期內將指定的運動手帶 / 健身配置或計步手機程式連接及同步至每週挑戰手機程式, 以賺取 AIA Vitality 健康程式每週挑戰積分指定的運動手帶 / 健身配置或計步手機程式指蘋果健康 Fitbit Fitbug Garmin Jawbone Misfit Moves Polar Runkeeper 三星 S 健康 Strava 及小米手環所有指定的運動手帶 / 健身配置或計步手機程式均為第三方所提供,AIA 對連接至每週挑戰手機程式的任何運動手帶 / 健身配置或計步手機程式的表現均無須負上任何責任 12. 積分及獎品不得轉讓交換兌換現金或任何其他物品亦不能交換或者兌換現金 13. AIA 並非獎品的製造 / 供應商, 亦不就獎品 ( 包括但不限於獎賞的質量和供應情況 ) 承擔任何義務和責任由獎品引起的任何爭議均由客戶和供應商直接解决獎品之使用受限於供應商規定的條款和細則 14. 若本活動因但不限於電腦病毒感染蠕蟲或木馬程式伺服器入侵篡改未經授權的干預欺詐技術故障或任何其他主辦單位控制以外的原因, 而破壞或影響系統安全性公平性誠信及本活動的正常運作,AIA 有權取消參加者的資格, 而無須發出事先通知

5 This is an agreement between you and AIA International Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) ( AIA ). You must read this agreement entirely before participating in the AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge Lucky Draw ( Campaign ). The following terms and conditions (the Terms & Conditions ) govern your participation in the Campaign and form a legal agreement (the Agreement ) between AIA and you. You are required to read this Agreement and accept all of its Terms & Conditions. By participating in this Campaign, you confirm that you have read all of the Terms & Conditions and that you will abide by them and be bound by this Agreement. Terms and Conditions of AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge Lucky Draw: 1. This Campaign is organised by AIA. 2. This Campaign is only applicable to persons ( Participant ) who: are aged 18 or above; and are holding a valid identity document issued by the Hong Kong SAR or Macau SAR governments; and achieve 250 points through the AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge mobile app within the Campaign Period. 3. This Campaign is divided into 11 Challenge Periods ( Challenge Period ), the promotion period of this Campaign starts from 6 February 2017 to 23 April 2017, both dates inclusive ("Campaign Period"). List of each Challenge Periods: Challenge Period 1:6 February to 12 February 2017 Challenge Period 2:13 February to 19 February 2017 Challenge Period 3:20 February to 26 February 2017 Challenge Period 4:27 February to 5 March 2017 Challenge Period 5:6 March to 12 March 2017

6 Challenge Period 6:13 March to 19 March 2017 Challenge Period 7:20 March to 26 March 2017 Challenge Period 8:27 March to 2 April 2017 Challenge Period 9:3 April to 9 April 2017 Challenge Period 10:10 April to 16 April 2017 Challenge Period 11:17 April to 23 April The employees and financial planners of AIA are eligible to participate in this Campaign. 5. Each Participant is allowed to register once and is eligible to win one prize in each Challenge Period only. All enrollment records and enrollment date will be considered valid according to the server records winners who fulfill the lucky draw requirements will be drawn by AIA after each Challenge Period; Each winner from Challenge Period 1 to Challenge Period 10 will win HKD 6,000 travel cash coupon. Each winner from Challenge Period 11 will win HKD 12,000 travel cash coupon. 7. Winners of each Challenge Period will be drawn randomly by the computer system. The winner list will be announced on AIA Hong Kong corporate website (aia.com.hk), Sing Tao Daily and The Standard. 7 Challenge Period 7 29 March April 2017 Challenge Period 8 6 April April 2017 Challenge Period 9 12 April April 2017 Challenge Period April April 2017 Challenge Period April May Winners will be notified via (based on the address that Participant used to login AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge mobile app). If AIA fails to receive any reply from the relevant winners within the date stated in the sent from AIA, the respective winner will be disqualified accordingly. Winners must attend the prize presentation ceremony of the Lucky Draws (If applicable); otherwise, the respective winners will be disqualified without further notice. 9. Winners of the Lucky Draws shall be deemed to have authorized AIA to use photos bearing their appearance for publicity and promotional purposes of the Lucky Draws, and to use their personal details for postage and communication purposes of this Campaign. 10. Participants commit and ensure that all written or submitted information, including personal communication details, are true and correct, neither fraudulent nor misappropriated from any third party. If the Customers violate any rules or commit any illegal acts that result in any losses on the part of AIA or any third parties, the relevant Customers will be liable for all liabilities. 11. Participants must link a designated fitness tracking device or mobile apps and must synchronise their fitness data with the Weekly Challenge mobile app to earn AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge points. Designated fitness tracking device or mobile apps include Apple Health, Fitbit, Fitbug, Garmin, Jawbone, Misfit, Moves, Polar, Runkeeper, Samsung SHealth, Strava and Xiaomi Mi Band. All designated fitness tracking devices or mobile apps are provided by third parties, and AIA is not liable for the performance of any fitness tracking device or mobile app linked to this Weekly Challenge mobile app. 12. Points and Rewards are not transferrable or cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any substitutes. 13. AIA is not the manufacturer/supplier of the Rewards and shall have no obligations and liabilities whatsoever in relation thereto, including but not limited to its quality and supply. Any disputes arising from the Rewards shall be resolved between the Participant and the manufacturer/supplier directly. The Rewards are subject to the terms and conditions the manufacturer/supplier.

If for any reason this Campaign is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of AIA that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Campaign, AIA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice. 15. All data related to this Campaign shall be considered valid according to AIA s records. 16. Unless stated otherwise, the date-and-time stated in this Terms and Conditions is Hong Kong Time Zone. 17. AIA reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. For any dispute arising from this Campaign, AIA reserves the right of final decision. 18. The Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong and courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute arising out of the Agreement. 19. If Participant does not wish to participate in this Campaign, please inform AIA by to hk.digital@aia.com. 20. Trade Promotion Competition Licence No.: * The definition of Reward in AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge is the eligibility of entering AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge Lucky Draw.
