5 客戶持卡年期折扣優惠條款及細則 : 1. 客戶可按客戶持卡年期享有不同的折扣優惠, 詳情請參閱中銀信用卡 ( 國際 ) 有限公司 ( 卡公司 ) 不時修訂簽賬得 FUN 禮品集及有關計畫及 / 或優惠的特定條款及細則 2. 客戶持卡年期以中銀信用卡客戶名下開戶年期最長及信用狀況良好的個人信用卡計算( 已取消信用卡中銀長城國際卡澳門地區發行的信用卡除外 ) 3. 中銀商務卡的客戶持卡年期將以每張卡的開立日作準, 而非公司賬戶開立日 4. 客戶持卡年期折扣優惠不適用於兌換現金回贈飛行里程信用卡年費豁免及個別聯營卡特定之禮品換領計劃( 包括但不限於中銀恒地會 Visa 卡簽賬得 Fun 獎賞計劃及中銀東航雙幣信用卡東方萬里行積分兌換 ) 及卡公司不時對外公佈之指定計劃等 5. 卡公司將保留修改或增刪所有條款及細則之權利, 並有權隨時更改暫停或取消此計劃或更改此計劃內容, 而毋須預先通知和承擔任何責任 6. 如此條款及細則的中英文版有所差異, 一概以中文版為準中銀信用卡禮品換領計劃條款及細則 : 1. 簽賬得 Fun 奬賞計劃 ( 此計劃 ) 於 2014 年 7 月 1 日生效直至另行通知 2. 禮品換領計劃 ( 此計劃 ) 只適用於印有標誌由香港地區發行的中銀信用卡中銀銀聯雙幣信用卡換領禮品 / 現金券須以港幣賬戶號碼申請中國內地及澳門地區發行的中銀信用卡中銀東航雙幣信用卡中銀長城國際卡美金卡中銀採購卡中銀易達錢私人客戶卡及已參與現金回贈計劃客戶除外 ( 合資格信用卡 ) 3. 客戶每次使用中銀信用卡作以下合資格交易 : (a) 零售簽賬 (b) 現金存戶 (c) 網上繳費 ( 只限中銀 Visa Infinite 卡中銀銀聯雙幣鑽石卡中銀 World 萬事達卡中銀 Visa Signature 卡中銀白金卡中銀鈦金卡或中銀商務卡辦理網上繳費 ) (d) 繳費易服務 (e) 八達通自動增值服務滿港幣 1 元或以中銀銀聯雙幣信用卡簽賬滿人民幣 1 元可得 1 積分 ( 年費所有手續費現金透支結餘轉戶及現金分期除外 ) 此計劃不適用於中銀信用卡 ( 國際 ) 有限公司 ( 卡公司 ) 不時公佈的指定交易類別及以中銀銀聯雙幣信用卡於中國內地進行的購買物業汽車燃油機票支付醫院費用繳交學費批發及超市交易有關的交易卡公司保留隨時更改上述交易及商戶類別的權利簽賬積分不適用於繳付稅務局銀行或信用卡服務證券公司信貸財務等商戶類別的賬單及償還保單貸款的賬單類別, 而有關繳付其他商戶類別的賬單, 每個認可信用卡主卡賬戶及其附屬卡賬戶於每結單月合共最多可獲 10,000 分之積分以上積分上限包括網上或繳費易之繳費及八達通自動增值服務 ( 如適用 ), 將連同超市便利店及政府部門之信用卡簽賬交易, 並於 2016 年 10 月 1 日生效 4. 主卡與附屬卡的積分合計於主卡賬戶, 客戶名下之任何中銀信用卡主卡積分可合併使用 ( 中銀恒地會 Visa 卡及中銀東航雙幣信用卡除外 ), 此計劃只適用於主卡持卡人中銀 Visa Infinite 卡及中銀銀聯雙幣鑽石卡積分累積期最長達 3 年, 中銀 World 萬事達卡中銀 Visa Signature 卡及中銀白金卡積分累積期最長達 2 年, 而其他卡種積分累積期最長達 1 年同一公司賬戶下的中銀商務卡積分不可合併使用 5. 卡公司如認為客戶有違反持卡人合約條款或賬戶已取消或有欠款逾期未清或有不良記錄, 該客戶將不可以換領任何禮品 / 現金券, 而積分亦可能被取消 6. 已取消之中銀信用卡或過期之積分, 其所有積分將自動註銷, 不可用以換領任何禮品 / 現金券 7. 可換領禮品 / 現金券的積分, 以最近期月結單上之累積積分為準如賬戶未有足夠的積分 / 信用額, 該禮品 / 現金券換領申請將會自動取消 8. 如欲以積分兌換豁免年費, 須不少於信用卡到期日前一個月遞交禮品換領表格, 年費豁免只適用於主卡賬戶 9. 換領申請一經批核, 所需積分將從指定之卡賬戶中扣除, 其他支付方式恕不接受, 而有關換領交易將在下期月結單上清楚列明所有換領一經申請, 均不能取消或更改 10. 在一般情況下, 換領申請一經批核, 卡公司將於 1 至 2 星期內以郵寄方式通知客戶其換領結果及發出禮品 / 現金券換領通知書寄往客戶之月結單通訊地扯, 客戶可於收到通知書後親往或以書面授權第三者前往指定禮品換領中心領取禮品 / 現金券 11. 如客戶選擇以郵寄方式領取現金券, 在同一申請換領表格上成功換領的現金券總值達港幣 500 元或以下, 卡公司將以平郵方式寄至客戶月結單的通訊地址, 若現金券總值港幣 500 元以上則以掛號方式寄出, 客戶毋須繳付掛號費用 698CSD /7

6 12. 所有已寄出的現金券若有遺失損毀被竊或被塗污, 卡公司概不補發或更換, 亦不會承擔任何責任 13. 禮品及現金券數量有限, 先到先得, 換完即止 14. 如簽賬積分的累積或換領申請涉及任何舞弊及欺詐成份, 所有已累積的積分及中銀信用卡賬戶均可被取消卡公司保留採取任何其認為適當的法律行動 15. 有關現金券禮品或服務由參與供應商 / 商戶提供卡公司對有關參與供應商 / 商戶提供的現金券禮品及服務質素概不承擔任何責任卡公司保留毋須事先通知的情況下更改暫停或取消此計劃或修訂其條款及細則之酌情權 16. 卡公司及有關參與供應商 / 商戶就所有事宜及爭議保留最終決定權 17. 如此計劃之條款及細則的中英文版有所差異, 一概以中文版為準 Year(s) of Cardholding Discounts Terms and Conditions 1. Cardholders are eligible to enjoy different loyalty discounts based on the Year(s) of Cardholding. For details, please refer to Gift Point Redemption Leaflet which may be revised from time to time by BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd( the Company ) and / or relevant Terms and Conditions of respective related promotions. 2. The Year(s) of Cardholding will be calculated based on the longest held BOC Credit Card, which is still valid and in good standing (except for cancelled Credit Card, BOC Great Wall International Credit Card, BOC Express Cash and Cards issued in Macau). 3. The Year(s) of Cardholding of Commercial Card will be calculated based on the card issued date of each individual Cardholder s account and not by the company account open date. 4. "Year(s) of Cardholding Discounts" are not applicable to Cash Rebate" Gift Points Redemption Program, BOC Credit Card superior travel awards, annual fee waiver and the selected gift redemption programs of respective co-branded cards (including but not limited to Gift Redemption Program by BOC Henderson Club Visa Card and "Eastern Miles" points conversion for "BOC CEA Dual Currency Credit Card") and any other programs specified by the Company from time to time. 5. The Company reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions herein and has the right to change, suspend and terminate the program at its sole discretion from time to time without prior notice. 6. Should there be any discrepancies or inconsistence between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. BOC Credit Card Gift Redemption Program Terms and Conditions 1. The Gift Point Redemption Program will be effective from 1 July 2014 until further notice. 2. BOC Credit Card Gift Redemption Program ( the Program ) is only applicable to BOC Credit Cards that are issued in Hong Kong bearing the logo (excluding BOC Credit Cards issued in Macau and Mainland China, BOC CEA Dual Currency Credit Card, BOC Great Wall International Credit Card, USD card, BOC Purchasing Card, BOC Express Cash, Private Label Card and participants of the Cash Rebate plan) ( eligible Credit Card ). Cardholder of BOC CUP Dual Credit Card is entitled to enjoy the offer by using the account denominated in Hong Kong currency. 3. Subject to the requirements stated thereinafter, Cardholder of eligible Credit Card who successfully conducts any one of the eligible transactions set out below will entitle to participate in the Program: (a) Retail Purchase (b) Cash Before Card Service (c) Online bill payment (Only applicable to BOC Visa Infinite Card, BOC CUP Dual Currency Diamond Card, BOC World MasterCard, BOC Visa Signature Card, BOC Platinum Credit Card, BOC Titanium Credit Card or BOC Commercial Credit Card.) (d) JET Payment Service (e) Octopus Automatic Add Value Service Cardholder is entitled to earn 1 Rewards Gift Point ("Gift Point") for every HK$1 spent or for every RMB1 spent with BOC CUP Dual Currency Credit Card (charges of annual fee, any handling fee, cash advance, balance transfer and cash installment plan are not entitled to earn Gift Point). The program does not apply to any transaction / merchant category as BOC Credit Card (International) Limited (the "Company") may at its sole discretion determine from time to time. The Program does not apply to the BOC Dual Currency Card spending in Mainland China for the purpose of property, motor vehicle, fuel, air ticket, hospital and the settlement of school fees, as well as purchases in wholesale and supermarkets. The Company reserves the right to change the above mentioned categories and merchants from time to time at its sole discretion. The Gift Point Reward Program is not applicable to bill payment made to payees such as the Inland Revenue Department, Banking and Credit Card Services, Securities Broker, Credit Services and under the bill type of Policy Loan Repayment. For bill payment made to other merchant categories, each eligible Credit Card s main card account and its additional card account is entitled to an aggregate maximum of 10,000 Gift Points. The maximum cap of Gift Points entitlement for Online Bill Payment, JET Payment and Octopus Automatic Add Value Service (if applicable), as well as for retail transactions under Supermarket, Convenience Store and Government Department categories will be effective on 1 October All Gift Points earned by the Main and the Additional Cardholders can be pooled together for gift(s) and cash coupon(s) redemption and can be redeemed by Cardholders. Gift Points from various eligible Credit Card under the same Main Card Cardholder can be pooled together for redemption (Exclude "BOC Henderson Club Visa Card" and "BOC CEA Dual Currency Credit Card"). The Program is only applicable to the Main Cardholder. The maximum 698CSD /7

7 retention period for each Reward Gift Point for BOC Visa Infinite Card and BOC CUP Dual Currency Diamond Card is up to 3 years, for BOC World MasterCard, BOC Visa Signature Card and BOC Platinum Card type is up to 2 years, and for other card type is up to 1 year. Gift Points earned by each Commercial Card cannot be pooled for gift(s) / cash coupon(s) redemption. 5. The Company reserves the right to reject any redemption request and/or to cancel all awarded Gift Points if a Cardholder breaches the provision of the Card User Agreement, cancels the card or defaults in card payment. 6. Gift Point(s) of a cancelled card account and expired Gift Point(s) will be cleared automatically and will not be accepted for gift(s) / cash coupon(s) redemption. 7. Gift Point(s) applicable to redemption are those posted in a Cardholder s latest monthly statement. If a card account does not have sufficient Gift Point(s) to meet the required number of Gift Point(s) specified in a gift / cash coupon redemption request, the redemption order will be automatically cancelled. 8. The offer of Annual Fee Waiver is only applicable to Main Card Cardholder and must be redeemed one month in advance before the card expiry date. 9. Upon acceptance of a gift / cash coupon redemption request, the required Gift Points to be deducted will be processed as per Cardholder s given instructions and other payment means will not be accepted. Transaction details will be shown on the monthly statement that follows. All confirmed requests can neither be cancelled nor changed. 10. Under normal circumstances, gift / cash coupon redemption letter will be posted to Cardholder s statement address within 1 to 2 weeks after gift / cash coupon redemption order has been accepted. Cardholder can collect gift(s)/cash coupon(s) at designated redemption center in person or authorize a third party in writing for collection. 11. Upon request, the total value of cash coupons of HK$500 or below will be sent by ordinary post and cash coupons with a total value of HK$500 above (per single redemption) will be posted to Cardholder s statement address by registered mail at no extra cost. 12. The Company does not accept liability for any lost, damaged, stolen or defaced gift(s)/cash coupon(s) and will not resend or replace any such item. 13. Gift(s)/Cash coupon(s) for redemption are on a first-come-first-served basis and are only available while stock lasts. 14. Any fraudulent use or abuse of the Program or the redemption process may result in forfeiture of the accrued Gift Point(s) as well as the cancellation of the card account(s). The Company further reserves the right to take such legal actions as may be appropriate in such instances. 15. The Company accepts no liability for the quality of or any matter relating to the gift(s) / cash coupon(s). The relevant merchants / suppliers are solely responsible for the obligations and liabilities relating to the gift(s)/cash coupon(s). The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the Program or to amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. 16. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of the Company and the merchants / suppliers. 17.
