4 摘要文化教学是对外汉语教学的重要组成部分教学实践已证明文化教学的成功直接影响到语言教学的效果然而, 如何才能搞好文化教学推广中国文化是一件非常不容易的事目前, 关于语言教学中的文化因素教学已越来越多受到研究者的关注, 而专门的文化课教学研究还比较薄弱越南本属于汉文化圈, 文化很多方面受到中国的影响, 但越南文化与中国文化也有许多不同之处如何立足高校教育, 在越南文化的氛围中开展好中国文化教学是当前汉语国际教育的大问题, 也是越南高校中文系建设的核心问题为此, 本文选取了越南河内地区两所国立高校 ( 河内外国语大学和河内大学 ) 为典型案例, 对其中国文化课教学从学习者的基本信息学习中国文化课的原因学生既有的中国文化基础目前的教学方法和学习方式学习者对中国文化课的评价学习者对中国文化课的需求学习中国文化困难的原因等方面展开细致调研分析, 并从课程设置教学内容教学方式教材等方面提出了具体建议 ; 进而笔者参考对外汉语教学的相关理论, 尝试提出中国文化课教学的基本原则及教学大纲设计, 并对教学设计进行了个案呈现论文主要包括六部分绪论主要阐述论文选题的目的和意义研究综述以及本文研究的内容方法第一章阐述越南国立高校汉语教学的开展历史和现状第二章对越南国立高校中国文化课教学现状进行调查调查通过问卷和访谈两种形式展开, 在调查基础上展开相关分析第三章以调查分析结果为依据, 对中国文化课课程设置教学内容教学方式及教材编写等问题提出建议第四章根据文化教学的理论原则, 对越南国立高校中国文化课教学进行设计最后是结论部分, 总括全文主要观点及价值, 联系本文的不足之处, 明确今后的努力方向笔者希望该文的研究对于从事中国文化课教学的越南教师和学习中国文化的越南学生能够提供参考价值, 进一步促进中国文化课教学开展, 提高教学质量, 并希望能为推进中国文化在越南的传播尽绵薄之力关键词 : 越南 ; 国立高校 ; 文化课教学

5 Abstract Culture teaching is an important part of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Teaching practice has proved the success of culture teaching directly affects the effect of language teaching. However, how to do a good job in cultural teaching, the promotion of Chinese culture is a very difficult task. At present, about the cultural factors teaching in language teaching has more and more attention by researchers, and specialized basic course teaching research is relatively weak. Vietnam belonged to Han culture, under the influence of Chinese culture many ways, but the Vietnamese culture and Chinese culture has many differences. How to base on the education in colleges, in an atmosphere of Vietnamese culture in the Chinese culture teaching is the big problem of the current Chinese international education, the core problems of the construction of the Chinese department of colleges is Vietnam. For this reason, this article selects two national universities in Hanoi, Vietnam (Hanoi University and University of Languages and International Studies) is a typical case, the Chinese from the learners' basic information literacy class teaching, learning Chinese literacy class, students existing Chinese culture foundation, the cause of the current teaching methods and learning methods, learners to learners of Chinese academic evaluation, demand for Chinese literacy class, the reason of difficulty of learning Chinese culture and other aspects detailed survey analysis, and from the curriculum, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching material and other aspects put forward concrete suggestions; reference the theory of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and then the author attempts to put forward the basic principles of Chinese literacy class teaching and curriculum design, and probes into the teaching design case. The thesis includes five mainly parts. Introduction expounds the purpose of topic selection and the significance, the research review and the research content,

6 method in this paper. The first chapter expounds the Vietnam public college development history and situation of Chinese teaching. The second chapter surveys the present situation of Vietnam public college Chinese culture teaching. Investigation by questionnaire and interview two kinds of forms, and unfold correlation analysis. The third chapter based on investigation and analysis results, on the Chinese academic curriculum, teaching content, teaching method and teaching material write problems are proposed. The fourth chapter according to the theory, principles of culture teaching, Chinese culture courses is design. The last part is conclusion, sum up the full text main ideas and value, contact the deficiency of this article, a clear direction in the future. The author hope this paper s research for teachers of Vietnamese Chinese culture and students can provide reference value, promote Chinese culture teaching, improving teaching quality and hopes to promote Chinese culture to contribute to the spread of in Vietnam.
