Before entering into the Preliminary Agreement for Sale and Purchase in respect of any specified residential property, the registrant(s) may request the Vendor on the spot to add any person(s) and that all the aforesaid persons shall sign the Preliminary Agreement for Sale and Purchase as purchasers personally.
