Consulado General de España en Pekín EL CONSULADO GENERAL INFORMA VIS 002/2015 INFORMACION SOBRE LA CAPTURA DE DATOS BIOMETRICOS PARA SOLICITANTES DE VISADOS SCHENGEN Con la entrada en vigor, el 12 de octubre de 2015, del nuevo Sistema de Información de Visados, todo ciudadano (de nacionalidad china, o nacional de un tercer país y que resida en la demarcación del CG de España en Pekín) que desee viajar a cualquier país Schengen, necesita, además de presentar la preceptiva solicitud de de visado, depositar sus datos biométricos (captura de huellas y foto digitalizada). Este procedimiento será diferente según se trate de titulares de pasaportes ordinarios u oficiales. 1º. Titulares de pasaportes ordinarios. Los titulares de pasaportes ordinarios deberán tramitar la captura de sus datos biométricos en el Centro de Gestión de Visados de España (VFS GLOBAL), cuyas oficinas están situadas en la calle Gongtibeilu, Patio 13, Edificio 1, piso 702, del distrito de Chaoyang. El procedimiento para la captura de datos biométricos variará dependiendo de si el solicitante viaja de forma individual o formando parte de un grupo, gestionado por una agencia de viajes autorizada (ADS). A). Viajeros independientes Estos solicitantes pueden solicitar el visado en el mismo acto en el que depositen sus datos biométricos en el Centro de Gestión de Visados, situado en la dirección antes mencionada, sin necesidad de solicitar cita previa (para más información, visite el portal electrónico www.spainvisa-china.com/spanish/), o bien solicitando
cita previa, llamando a los números de teléfono +10 84059481/ +10 84059482, o enviando un @ a la siguiente dirección: infopek.espcn@vfshelpline.com. B). Viajeros a través de agencias (ADS) En este caso los responsables de la propia agencia son los que solicitarán cita previa en el Centro de Gestión de Visados para presentar las correspondientes solicitudes, y establecerán los horarios pertinentes para que los viajeros se desplacen al citado Centro para la correspondiente captura de datos biométricos. 2º. Titulares de pasaportes oficiales. Los titulares de pasaportes diplomáticos, de servicio y de asuntos públicos deberán tramitar sus solicitudes directamente en el Consulado General de España en Pekín (Sanlitun Dongsijie, 9, distrito de Chaoyang), solicitando para ello cita previa. Una vez recibida su petición, y en el plazo máximo de 48 horas hábiles, se comunicará día y hora para que el representante o mensajero entregue la documentación en el Consulado. Verificada la documentación por la Sección de Visados del Consulado, y siendo correcta, se informará por @ sobre el día y la hora para que estos solicitantes se presenten en el Consulado General para la correspondiente captación de los datos biométricos. Travelling through an ADS In this case, the ADS agencies certified representatives should first schedule an appointment with the Visa Application Centre of Spain in order to submit the corresponding applications, and then program the necessary appointments of their customers for the compulsory individual biometric data capture. 2º. Official passport holders. The holders of diplomatic, service and public affairs passports should submit their applications directly at the Consulate General of Spain in Beijing (Sanlitun Dongsijie, 9, Chaoyang District), previously scheduling an appointment. Upon receipt of the appointment request, within a maximum delay of 48 working hours the Consulate General will reply and confirm the date and time for the presentation of the application (that can be submitted by an official and certified representative or courier). Upon verification and clearance of all presented documents by the Visa Section of the Consulate General, the applicant will be informed, by @ of the proposed date and time for the biometric data capture, that in these cases will always be carried out at the Consulate premises.
