Ti-Sarana The Three Refuges Buddham Saranam Gacchâmi. Dhammam Saranam Gacchâmi. Sangham Saranam Gacchâmi. I go to the Buddha as my Refuge. I go to the Dhamma as my Refuge. I go to the Sangha as my Refuge.

I undertake the precept to abstain from stealing. Kâmesu Micchâcârâ Veramani Sikkhâpadam Samâdiyâmi. I undertake the precept to abstain from sexual misconduct. Musâvâdâ Veramani Sikkhâpadam Samâdiyâmi. I undertake the precept to abstain from lying. Surâ Mêraya Majja Pamâdatthânâ Veramani Sikkhâpadam Samâdiyâmi I undertake the precept to abstain from alcohol and intoxicants that dulls the mind.

般若波罗蜜多心经 bōrěbōluómìduōxīn jīng 观自在菩萨, 行深般若波罗蜜多时, guān zì zài pú sà, xíng shēn bō rě bō luó mì duō shí, 照见五蕴皆空, 度一切苦厄 zhào jiàn wǔ yùn jiē kōng, dù yī qiē kǔ è 舍利子, 色不异空, 空不异色, 色即是空 shè lì zǐ, sè bù yì kōng, kōng bù yì sè, sè jí shì kōng 空即是色受想行识, 亦复如是 kōng jí shì sè shòu xiǎng xíng shí, yì fù rú shì 舍利子, 是诸法空相 Shè lì zǐ, shì zhū fǎ kōng xiāng

The Four Great Vows 四大愿 众 生 无 边 誓 愿 度 Zòng shēng wú biān shì yuàn dù I vow to liberate the boundless sentient beings. 烦 恼 无 尽 誓 愿 断 Fán nǎo wú jìn shì yuàn duàn I vow to cut off the inexhaustible defilements. 法 门 无 量 誓 愿 学 Fá mén wú liàng shì yuàn xué I vow to learn the immeasurable Dharma practices. 佛 道 无 上 誓 愿 成 Fó dào wú shàng shì yuàn chéng I vow to attain the unsurpassed Way of the Buddhas.
浴佛偈 我今灌沐诸如来 Wǒ jīn guàn mù zhū rú lái I today bathe the Tathagathas, 净 智 庄 严 功 德 聚 Jìng zhì zhuāng yán gōng dé jù Pure wisdom, solemnity, and merit are gathered, 五浊众生令离垢 Wǔ gǚ zòng shēng lìng lí gou The Five impurities of sentient beings are cleansed, 同证如来净法身 Tóng zhèng rǘ lái jìng fǎ shēng I vow to attain the Tathagath s Pure Dharma-body
Confession and Repentance 往昔所造诸恶业, wǎng xī suǒ zào zhū è The various evil deeds done in the past, yè, 皆由无始贪嗔痴, jiē yóu wú shǐ tān chēn chī, All due to greed, hatred and delusion from beginningless time, 从身语意之所生, cóng shēn yǔ yì zhī suó shēng, Arising from body, speech, and mind, 今对佛前求忏悔 jīn duì fó qián qíu chàn huǐ. I hereby confess and repent before the Buddha.
Dedication of Merits May all be well and happy, May all be free from ill-will, May all be free from suffering, May all abide in peace. Abiding in peace, may all develop Tranquillity. Developing Tranquillity, may all develop Wisdom. Developing Wisdom, may all attain Final Liberation. Sadhu! Sadhu! Sadhu!
回向 回向偈 Dedication of merits 愿消三障诸烦恼, Yuàn xiāo sān zhàng zhū fán nǎo May we strive to remove all the defilements, the three obstacles 愿 得 智 慧 真 明 了, Yuàn dé zhì huì zhēn míng liǎo May we attain to the wisdom that is illuminating 普愿罪障悉消除, Pǔ yuàn zuì zhàng xī xiāo chú May we remove the wrong doings and obstacles in all 世 世 常 行 菩 萨 道 Shì shì cháng xíng pú sà dào May we practise the Bodhisattva Path Always!
