Nuttige informatie Inentingsbewijs Voor sommige landen zijn inentingen verplicht. Wacht niet te lang om hiervoor een afspraak te maken met uw arts. Informatie landen en ambassades buitenland Alle landen hebben verschillende regels aangaande veiligheid, formaliteiten en procedures. U kan u dus best zo goed mogelijk informeren over het land waar u naartoe reist. Tickets We raden ten sterkste aan om geen non-refundable tickets of bookings te maken alvorens u het visum heeft ontvangen. Verzendingen Er zijn verschillende manieren om uw documenten van en naar een van de traveldocs kantoren te versturen. Zorg ervoor dat u ons steeds de juiste coördinaten heeft doorgegeven. U vindt de locatie van onze kantoren terug op de website. Dossiersamenstelling Traveldocs kan enkel en alleen uw dossier verwerken en een aanvraag indienen bij de ambassade wanneer uw dossier volledig is. Zorg er dus voor dat alle benodigdheden zich in de omslag bevinden en we alle nodige informatie hebben ontvangen via de online aanvraag.
Paspoort Minstens 6 maanden geldig zijn na aanvraag van het visum voor een enkele of dubbele inreis; ten minste 12 maanden geldig zijn wanneer u een visum voor meerdere inreizen wenst voor 6 maanden; minstens 18 maanden geldig zijn wanneer u een visum voor meerdere inreizen wenst voor 1 jaar. Minstens twee lege, tegenover elkaar liggende pagina s bevatten. Hoesjes dienen van het paspoort te worden verwijderd. Visum Applicatie formulier en pasfoto s Een recentelijk volledig ingevuld applicatie formulier. Valse of niet complete informatie kan als gevolg hebben dat het visum niet wordt uitgereikt. Een officiële, recentelijk genomen pasfoto (35mm x 45mm). Bewijs van ticket en hotelbevestiging Een kopie van een vluchtschema. Als u een visum met dubbele inreis aanvraagt dan moet uit het vluchtschema blijken dat u twee keer in- en uit reist. Een hotelbevestiging Presentatiebrief Wanneer de reiziger business man, self employed of company employee heeft aangeduid als zijn beroep op het aanvraagformulier dient er een presentatiebrief te worden opgemaakt door de werkgever van de aanvrager. Deze presentatiebrief dient: Te zijn opgemaakt door een Belgisch bedrijf of Belgische vestiging van dat bedrijf. Op bedrijfspapier opgemaakt zijn. De naam en het adres van het Belgisch bedrijf vermelden. De naam van de aanvrager vermelden. Een omschrijving geven van het beroep van de aanvrager. Het aantal inreizen aangeven, plus de benodigde duur van het visum. De aard van de activiteiten van het bedrijf omschrijven. Uitnodigingsbrief De uitnodigingsbrief van het bedrijf dat de aanvrager gaat bezoeken dient volgende items bevatten:. Een zogenaamde officiële uitnodiging zijn (Visa Notification Letter) Aangevraagd worden bij de lokale immigratiedienst Kopie Belgische identiteitskaart
Een kopie van beide zijden van de ID-kaart voor andere nationaliteiten dan de Belgische. Werkvergunning Een licentie die bevestigt dat het bedrijf in China buitenlandse werknemers mag aantrekken. De licentie moet door het Chinese bedrijf worden aangevraagd bij het Ministerie van Werk in China. Kopie paspoort Een kopie van de informatie pagina van het paspoort. Medische verklaring Een medisch certificaat, volledig ingevuld en ondertekend door een medisch specialist. Een voorbeeld is aanwezig in het aanvraagpakket. Familieleden Meereizende partners en kinderen dienen alle hieronder genoemde documenten aan te leveren: Huwelijksakte Geboortecertificaat Opgelet! Scans of kopies worden niet aanvaard.
