Terms & Conditions 條 款 及 細 則 These terms and conditions govern the booking of the cruise onboard Quantum of the Seas with Royal Caribbean International scheduled to take place from 21 st to 25 th December 2015 to celebrate the Victoria Educational Organisation's 50 th Anniversary (the "Cruise"). 以 下 條 款 及 細 則 規 範 了 皇 家 加 勒 比 國 際 遊 輪 公 司 的 郵 輪 海 洋 量 子 號 之 旅 預 訂 該 郵 輪 之 旅 的 航 程 日 期 為 21/12/2015 至 25/12/2015( 下 稱 郵 輪 ), 其 目 的 是 為 慶 祝 維 多 利 亞 教 育 機 構 50 周 年 Disclaimer 免 責 聲 明 : Victoria Educational Organisation ( Victoria ) is the organiser of the Cruise. Victoria does not own, manage, control, promote, run or operate Royal Caribbean International or the Vessel to be used for the Cruise (the "Vessel"). Royal Caribbean International retains all its rights and has all its obligations as operator, including but not limited to, the itinerary, navigation and management of the Vessel and to the carriage of Passengers, cargo and crew. 維 多 利 亞 教 育 機 構 ( 維 多 利 亞 ) 是 這 一 次 安 排 郵 輪 的 主 辦 機 構, 維 多 利 亞 並 不 擁 有 管 理 控 制 推 廣 運 作 或 操 作 皇 家 加 勒 比 國 際 遊 輪 公 司 或 郵 輪 航 程 所 用 的 船 隻 ( 下 稱 船 隻 ) 皇 家 加 勒 比 國 際 遊 輪 公 司 作 為 營 運 商 保 留 及 擁 有 其 權 利 及 義 務, 包 括 但 不 限 於 郵 輪 的 行 程 安 排 導 航 管 理 乘 載 乘 客 貨 物 及 船 員 Swire Travel acts solely as an agent of Victoria and does not own, manage, control, promote, run or operate Royal Caribbean International or the vessel to be used for the Cruise (the "Vessel"). All exchange orders, coupons and tickets are offered subject to the Cruise/Cruise Tour Ticket Contract under which such services are provided by Royal Caribbean International. 太 古 旅 遊 只 作 為 維 多 利 亞 的 代 理 人, 太 古 旅 遊 並 不 擁 有 管 理 控 制 推 廣 運 作 或 操 作 皇 家 加 勒 比 國 際 遊 輪 公 司 或 郵 輪 航 程 所 用 的 船 隻 ( 下 稱 船 隻 ) 所 有 交 換 訂 單 優 惠 券 和 門 票 由 皇 家 加 勒 比 國 際 遊 輪 公 司 提 供, 並 須 受 郵 輪 / 郵 輪 觀 光 合 同 內 的 條 款 及 細 則 限 制 Subject to the specific terms and conditions of the Cruise/Cruise Tour Ticket Contract, Royal Caribbean International may for any reason at any time and without prior notice, cancel, advance, postpone or deviate from any scheduled sailing, port of call, destination, lodging or any activity on or off the Vessel, or substitute another vessel or port of call, destination, lodging or activity. Except in the case of mechanical failures, Victoria and/or Swire Travel shall not be responsible nor assume any liability, including but not limited to loss, compensation or refund, for any cancellation, advancement, postponement, substitution or deviation of such services by Royal Caribbean International or any other supplier, and of any liability in arranging transportation, hotel and other accommodation in this case. 須 受 郵 輪 / 郵 輪 觀 光 合 同 內 的 條 款 及 細 則 限 制 的 情 況 下, 在 任 何 時 候, 無 論 基 於 何 種 原 因, 皇 家 加 勒 比 國 際 遊 輪 公 司 有 權, 將 預 定 的 起 航 時 間 停 靠 港 目 的 港 客 房 或 其 他 任 何 船 下 / 船 上 活 動 予 以 撤 銷 提 前 延 後 或 修 訂, 或 更 改 任 何 郵 輪 停 靠 港 目 的 港 客 房 或 其 他 觀 光 活 動 項 目 而 無 需 另 行 通 知 除 在 機 械 故 障 的 情 況 下 就 上 述 任 何 撤 銷 提 前 延 後 更 改 或 修 訂 行 1
為, 維 多 利 亞 及 太 古 旅 遊 無 需 對 乘 客 的 任 何 索 賠 請 求 負 責, 該 索 賠 請 求 包 括 但 不 限 於 所 要 求 的 損 失 賠 償 賠 付 或 退 款 在 此 情 況 下, 就 任 何 有 關 皇 家 加 勒 比 國 際 遊 輪 公 司 交 通 酒 店 住 宿 供 應 商 及 其 他 供 應 商 的 其 他 安 排, 太 古 旅 遊 及 / 或 維 多 利 亞 並 不 作 任 何 保 證 及 不 會 承 擔 任 何 責 任 Victoria and/or Swire Travel is not responsible for any personal injury, death, illness or property damage, or other losses or expenses of any nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of any actions of any person or supplier of services, programs or accommodation (however nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude Victoria and Swire Travel's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation). 對 任 何 個 人 受 傷 死 亡 疾 病 或 任 何 財 產 損 失, 或 因 任 何 人 或 服 務 計 劃 或 住 宿 供 應 商 的 任 何 行 為 而 直 接 或 間 接 引 起 的 其 他 損 失 或 開 支, 維 多 利 亞 及 / 或 太 古 旅 遊 概 不 負 責 ( 除 了 證 實 該 死 亡 或 受 傷 是 因 維 多 利 亞 及 太 古 旅 遊 僱 員 代 理 或 分 銷 商 的 疏 忽 欺 詐 或 虛 假 性 陳 述 所 引 致 的 ) Applicable Fare 適 用 票 價 : All cruise fares quoted are per person in Hong Kong Dollars. All cruise fares are only applicable to Passengers affiliated with the Victoria Educational Organisation, including all family members and friends of existing students, alumni and/or staff of any school of Victoria Educational Organisation in Hong Kong and Victoria Shanghai Academy (the Passengers ). 船 費 以 每 位 及 港 幣 計 算, 及 只 適 用 於 與 維 多 利 亞 教 育 機 構 有 聯 繫 的 乘 客, 包 括 維 多 利 亞 在 香 港 所 有 分 校 及 滬 江 維 多 利 亞 學 校 的 現 就 讀 學 生 舊 生 及 員 工 及 其 他 家 人 和 朋 友 ( 下 稱 乘 客 ) Victoria and Swire Travel have the sole discretion to reject and/or cancel any booking of Passengers who are not affiliated with Victoria. 維 多 利 亞 和 / 或 太 古 旅 遊 保 留 最 終 權 利 去 拒 絕 或 取 消 任 何 與 維 多 利 亞 教 育 機 構 無 隸 屬 關 係 客 戶 的 任 何 預 訂 All fares and applicable port charges (NCCF), taxes, fees and port expenses are subject to change at the time of booking by Swire Travel and Royal Caribbean International without prior notice. The fuel supplement for first and second Passengers shall not exceed USD10 per Passenger per day up to a maximum of USD140 per Passenger per cruise. Cruise Fare Includes 郵 輪 費 用 包 括 : 4 nights cruise accommodation onboard Quantum of the Seas (or any replacement vessel of a similar class). 4 晚 海 洋 量 子 號 之 郵 輪 住 宿 ( 或 任 何 類 似 級 別 作 取 代 的 船 隻 ) Regular meals onboard, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner (at designated complimentary dining options). 船 上 指 定 餐 廳 之 早 餐, 午 餐 及 晚 餐 Selected onboard entertainment. 船 上 特 選 娛 樂 節 目 TIC levy of 0.15%. 旅 遊 業 議 會 0.15% 印 花 稅 Cruise Fare Excludes 郵 輪 費 用 不 包 括 : Applicable port charges (NCCF), taxes, fees and port expenses. 港 口 費 稅 項 及 港 口 開 支 All onboard gratuities. 船 上 服 務 人 員 小 費 Transfers. 港 口 接 送 Optional shore and land excursions. 自 選 岸 上 觀 光 團 Specialty restaurants and beverages. 特 色 餐 廳 之 用 餐 及 船 上 飲 品 Casino gaming. 賭 場 消 費 Photographs. 相 片 Internet access and phone calls. 上 網 及 電 話 服 務 Store purchases onboard. 船 上 商 店 消 費 Items of personal nature such as medical services, laundry, massages, spa treatments or salon services, and other service costs not specified. 個 人 消 費 項 目 如 醫 療 費 用 洗 衣 服 務 按 摩 SPA 服 務 或 美 容 沙 龍 服 務 及 其 他 未 列 明 的 服 務 費 用 Cost of required travel documents and visas. 護 照 簽 証 費 用 Cost of travel insurance. 3
旅 遊 保 險 費 用 Expenses incurred owing to the delay of air/land/sea carriers beyond the control of Victoria and Swire Travel. 因 航 班 陸 上 或 海 上 交 通 引 致 的 延 誤 不 在 維 多 利 亞 及 太 古 旅 遊 的 控 制 範 圍 而 導 致 的 開 支 Reservation 預 訂 事 項 : All Passenger names provided must match with the names stated on the travel documents at time of booking, and the same travel documents must be used during boarding. Any discrepancies may result in delay or possible denial of boarding. 乘 客 訂 位 時, 必 須 核 實 名 字 與 旅 遊 証 件 完 全 相 同, 並 使 用 同 一 證 件 登 船, 否 則 郵 輪 公 司 或 會 要 求 乘 客 延 遲 或 拒 絕 登 船 Once a reservation has been received, Passengers will be notified within 7 working days of their booking status. 當 太 古 旅 遊 收 到 乘 客 的 訂 位 後, 將 會 在 7 個 工 作 天 內 回 覆 乘 客 Payment Methods 付 款 方 法 : Cash payments will not be accepted. Passengers may settle payment by the following methods: 現 金 付 款 不 會 被 接 納, 乘 客 可 從 以 下 途 徑 付 款 : - Crossed cheque made payable to Swire Travel Ltd. 支 票 : 請 把 劃 線 支 票 給 予 太 古 旅 遊 有 限 公 司 - Credit Card with cardholder and payment details submitted 信 用 卡 : 請 提 供 信 用 卡 及 付 款 資 料 Payment Schedule 繳 費 日 期 : Please note the payment schedule below for different payment methods. 請 留 意 下 列 適 用 於 不 同 付 款 方 式 的 繳 費 日 期 Method 付 款 方 法 Cheque 支 票 On or before 25 th April, 2015 25/4/2015 或 之 前 Reservation Date 訂 位 日 期 Upon confirmation, submit 2 cheques on booking confirmation date, both equivalent to 50% of total amount payable. The date on the 1 st cheque should be booking confirmation date. The 2 nd cheque should be post-dated to 25 th April, 2015. If the cheques are not received by Swire Travel within 7 days after booking confirmation, the reservation will be cancelled. On or after 26 th April, 2015 26/4/2015 或 之 後 Upon confirmation, submit 1 cheque for the total amount payable. The date on the cheque should be booking confirmation date. Credit Card 信 用 卡 請 遞 交 2 張 支 票, 每 張 支 票 金 額 為 總 數 的 50% 第 一 張 支 票 的 日 期 為 訂 位 確 認 日, 而 第 二 張 支 票 日 期 為 25/4/2015 若 支 票 未 能 於 訂 位 確 認 後 7 天 內 送 達 太 古 旅 遊, 有 關 訂 位 將 被 取 消 An amount equivalent to 50% of total amount payable will be charged once booking is confirmed. The remaining 50% balance amount will be charged on 25 th April, 2015. 訂 購 一 經 確 認, 總 數 的 50% 將 從 信 用 卡 扣 除, 餘 下 的 50% 款 項 將 在 25/4/2015 扣 除 遊, 有 關 訂 位 將 被 取 消 The total amount payable will be charged once booking is confirmed 訂 購 一 經 確 認, 全 數 款 項 將 從 信 用 卡 扣 除 Example for reservations made on or before 25 th April, 2015: 25/4/2015 或 之 前 訂 購 例 子 : The total amount payable for a twin sharing interior stateroom with 2 Passengers is HK$14,246. For payments by cheque, please submit 2 cheques with the amount of HK$7,123 each. The date on the 1 st cheque should be the booking confirmation date, and the 2 nd cheque post-dated to 25 th April, 2015. Passengers may wish to reward exceptional service during their cruise by providing additional gratuities.
