近五年臺灣 WOS 期刊論文 期刊影響係數 權重積分統計結果 文 / 蕭如容 高等教育評鑑中心績效統計組組長 本篇乃接續第 7 期評鑑雙月刊刊載之論文統計結果, 就期刊引用報告 (Journal Citation Report; 以下簡稱 JCR) 發表之期刊影響係數 IF 值, 進行國內大專院校五個出版年 (2002-2006 年 ) 所屬之 20 個學門期刊 IF 值權重積分的統計, 擇優公佈各學門前十名大學名單 20 個學門皆屬自然科學類學門, 包含物理 數學 化學 地球科學 資訊 材料科學 化工 機械 電機 土木 臨床醫學 免疫與微生物學 分子生物學與遺傳學 神經科學與行為學 藥理與毒理學 精神病學 / 心理學 植物與動物科學 生物學 生態 / 環境學 農業科學學門等 ; 然而 學門 的分野與 系所 不同, 學門 期刊論文統計含蓋那些 WOS 學科, 請參酌各 學門 IF 積分表的備註 期刊論文皆檢索自 Web of Science 下的 科學引文索引資料庫, 簡稱 SCIE 與 社會科學引文索引, 簡稱 SSCI, 下載與檢索日期為 2007 年 7 月 10 日 期刊引用報告 (Journal Citation Report, 以下簡稱 JCR) 是 ISI 所建置之網際網路版期刊引用文獻評比統計資料庫系統 本資料庫特有之影響係數 (Impact Factor, 以下簡稱 IF) 可反應出某一期刊在前兩年度之平均學術影響力 ; 影響係數 (IF) 之定義為該期刊前兩年所出版的文獻於當年被其他文章引用次數總和的平均數, 例如某期刊 2004 及 2005 年共出版 301 篇文章, 而在 2006 年總共被引用 612 次, 則 Impact Factor 為 612 301 =2.03 不同學門的期刊影響係數(IF) 值會有高低差距的情形, 因此分學門來統計是必須的 刊載於第 7 期評鑑雙月刊 WOS 資料庫之國內大專院校期刊論文數等, 統計分析指標含論文發表數 被引次數兩項 ; 由於期刊影響係數 (IF) 值公布時間會有時間上的延遲, 亦即 2006 年之期刊 IF 值要至 2007 年 7 月才會公佈, 因此 IF 值權重積分的計算於期刊 IF 值公佈後實施, 希望能對投稿好期刊 高影響力之期刊有鼓勵的效果, 檢索與統計工作艱鉅, 委請華藝數位股份有限公司協助進行 IF 總積分與平均積分計算方式
