1.Truck Transfer Services Struggling to serve Customer Airlines with more trucking routes and frequencies for international inbound transshipment transport, PACTL introduced Angel Wing Logistics as another trucking service supplier besides Pudong Trucking. Therefore, the transfer destinations we are serving in Mainland China reaches 35 cities and 11 of them are served by our scheduled trucking flights. In addition, we also opened 2 nd Transfer at Beijing for four cities in Northern part of China. 1.4 Charges Calculation, Additional Fees and Settlement: A) Truck transfer charges are calculated according to Chargeable Weight. Every 6 m3 equals to 1000 kg for light cargo. B) Charges for rental of lifting equipment for cargo with weight over 5 tons in Pactl should be at the cost of the customer. a. CNY1,400/per 4 hours, lifting capacity: 5 tons < cargo weight <10 tons b. CNY1,600/per 4 hours, lifting capacity: 10 tons cargo weight 18 tons c. CNY4,000/per 4 hours, lifting capacity: cargo weight > 18 tons C) Settlement of truck transfer charges shall be made on a monthly base between Pactl and the customer. Pactl is to provide the customer airline with the copy of the AWBs as vouchers for the settlement. 2. Following Cut-off Times have to be observed: A). General Cargo Booking Cut-off Time, 24 hours prior to STA of the incoming flight or as mutually agreed. B). Special Cargo Booking Cut-off Time, 72 hours prior to STA of the incoming flight or as mutually agreed. Special Cargo should only be forwarded from origin station after receiving the booking confirmation from PACTL. C). Delivery Cut-off Time, 12 hours prior to truck departure or as mutually agreed. D). Other special cargo shall be arranged individually. Please contact PACTL for further information about rates, existing embargoes etc 2.3 Tracking Online tracing as well as mail and telex notice for RCF & DLV is also available to customer to know dynamic cargo status at first time.
