A vote of thanks also goes to Messrs Woo, Kwan, Lee & Lo for their assistance in vetting applications for the Po Leung Kuk Tang Shiu Kin Charitable Fund and Po Leung Kuk Ma Kam At the beginning of the term, all Board are provided with Ming Charitable Foundation. a copy of the Board of Directors Handbook, which comprises Important Notes to Directors, Guidelines for Declaration of Interest of Board of Directors, Procedures of Meetings, Terms of Reference of Committees and meeting schedules. As a result of the visits, a memorandum of understanding of co-operation agreement and a co-operation agreement were signed with these authorities respectively. Further, Mrs Pauline P HPCC Naming Scholarship and Award Schemes Overseas Exposure Scholarship L NGAN signed a co-operation agreement with Nanjing Gulou District Education Bureau. All these would encourage the academic and cultural exchanges between schools in the Mainland and our affiliated schools.
