Matters arose from the last meeting 上次會議後需跟進的事項 M2.1, Technical 技術部 Stanley Chan will remind Choi Wing Pong to upload the progress of making a composite sailplane on the net. 陳祥發會提醒蔡永邦把製造複材滑翔機的過程上載到網上 M2.2, Publicity 宣傳部 Stanley Chan will remind Cheung Wan Kin to contact the editorials of China model magazines for reporting the F3F activities in Hong Kong. 陳祥發會提醒張運堅聯絡中國的模型雜誌有關刊登香港 F3F 活動的報導 M2.3, Competition 賽事部 Stanley will update the Typhoon Race 2010 web site for changing the competition date from Oct 1 3 to Oct 陳祥發會更新 Typhoon Race 2010 網站, 把比賽日期由 10 月 1 3 日改為 10 月 8 10 日 M3. Report on matters related to club management 協會管理事項報告 M3.1. M3.2. M members extended their membership in June. The list is posted on the HKRCSS web site. 32 名在 6 月續會的會員的資料已上載到 HKRCSS 網站 2 new members joined in September. Another 1 joined in October. 9 月份有 2 名新會員入會,10 月有 1 名 The club will order flap hats as a gift for the members. The hats are not for sale. 協會將會訂製太陽帽作為會員禮物, 會太陽帽不會公閞售賣 M4. Activity report and planned activities 活動報告及計劃活動 M4.1. Activity report 活動報告 M Publicity 宣傳部 1. Aviation open day 2009 September 27,2009, HKAC Head quarter, Kai Tak 航空開放日月 27 日啟德機場飛行總會總部 The event was organized by the Hong Kong Aviation Club and YMCA. HKRCSS was invited to join the open day to introduce RC gliders to the public. In the event HKRCSS exhibited material about r/c gliding and the club's activities, with complement of video. RC gliders were also on display. Thanks for the help of Stanley Chan, K.Y. Mak and Alex So who helped to set up and man the booth, and Lou Sze Ming, CM Cheng and Alex So who lent the RC gliders for the exhibition.

3 該次活動由香港飛行總會與 YMCA 主辦,HKRCSS 亦獲邀參與介紹模型滑翔機, 當中本會展出了遙控滑翔機與有關活動, 並輔以影片以及模型 ; 在此感謝陳詳發先生麥啓揚之先生和蘇國英先生幫忙設立及主持攤立以及廬子明先生鄭宗明先生和蘇國英先生借出滑翔機作展覽, 是次活動十分成功 M Competition 賽事部 1, 2009 Combat league August August 2, 2009 The event was cancelled because of no wind. 1, 2009 空戰聯賽 8 月賽 2009 年 8 月 2 日因沒有風是項活動取消 2, 2009 F3F league 8 August 16, 2009, Fei Ngo Shan South Only 1 round was successfully held. The race was interrupted and finally cancelled as the wind speed was too low. 2, 2009 F3F 聯賽第 8 場 2009 年 8 月 16 日, 飛鵝山南位比賽一回合後, 因風速太低, 賽事中斷最後並決定取消 3, EPP and traditional 60 DS competition August 30, 2009 Only 1 round was successfully held. The race was interrupted and finally cancelled as the wind speed was too low. 3, EPP 及傳统 60 DS 賽 2009 年 8 月 30 日比賽一回合後, 因風速太低, 賽事中斷最後並決定取消 4, EPP spot landing and hand catching competition September 6, 2009 The event was cancelled because of not enough participants. 4, EPP 定點着陸及手接賽 2009 年 9 月 6 日因參賽人數不足, 此項活動取消 5, 2009 F3F league 9 September 20, 2009, Ma On Shan The ninth league in 2009 took place in Ma On Shan on September 20. The easterly was coming late and the competition finally started at 11:50am. There were 14 pilots joined. The wind speed was marginal at the start but it picked up in the afternoon and increased to 6 to 7 m/s. Total 7 rounds were run. The Champion is Stanley Chan. 1 st and 2 nd runner up are K.Y. Mak and Choi Wing Pong. K.Y. Mak also got the fastest speed by a 50.06sec in round 4. 5, 2009 F3F 聯賽第 9 場 2009 年 9 月 20 日, 馬鞍山 2009 年聯賽的第 9 場比賽在 9 月 20 日於馬鞍山舉行, 遲來的東風使比賽延至早上 11:50 才開始, 共有 14 名機師參與, 當天風況由最初勉强達標至下午升至 6 到 7m/s 左右, 全日共賽了 7 個回合, 冠亞季軍分別由陳祥發麥啓揚和蔡永邦奪得, 麥啓揚在第 4 回合亦以秒奪得最速男寶座 6. Electric glider duration and spot landing contest September 27, 2009 The event was cancelled because of not enough participants. 6, 電動滑翔機滯空賽及定點着陸賽 2009 年 9 月 27 因參賽人數不足, 此項活動取消

Planned activities 計劃活動 M Publicity 宣傳部 1, Promotion of F3F activities in main land China Stanley Chan and Cheung Wan Kin will prepare the local F3F activities reports and articles to magazines in main land China for the promotion of F3F competition. 1, 在中國大陸宣傳 F3F 賽陳祥發和張運堅會製作本地 F3F 活動的報告及文章予內地雜誌, 以宣傳 F3F 比賽 M Competition 賽事部 1. F3F League 2009 F3F league to be conducted on the 3 rd Sunday of every month. 1, 2009 F3F 聯賽 F3F 聯賽於每月的第 3 個星期日舉行 2. Unofficial F3F competition Proposed to be held on Oct 24, Venue is to be announced. 2, Typhoon Race 2010 此項活動建議於 2009 年 10 月 24 日舉行, 地點尚待決定 3. Combat League 2009 Combat league to be conducted on the 1 st Sunday of every even month. Lee Man will investigate on which scoring system to be adopted. 3, 2009 空戰聯賽空戰聯賽於每雙月的第 1 個星期日舉行李文並會研究使用何種計分方法 4, EPP and traditional 60 / Open class DS competition Proposed to be held on November 8, Venue is to be announced. If the wind is northerly the venue will be at Robin s Nest and Open class DS will be conducted.

5 4, EPP 及傳统 60 / 無限制級 DS 賽此項活動建議於 2009 年 11 月 8 日舉行, 地點尚待決定 ; 若吹北風則會在紅花嶺舉行無限制級 DS 賽 5. EPP Man on Man race Proposed to be held on December 6, Venue is to be announced. 5, EPP Man on Man 斜坡賽此項活動建議於 2009 年 12 月 6 日舉行, 地點尚待決定 M Technical 技術部 No planned activity. 暫無計劃活動 M Training 訓練部 1. Free flying training day 定期飛行訓練日 The training course will continue as schedule. 是項活動將按期繼續進行 2. Flight assessment test 飛行技術測試日 This activity will be conducted by making individual appointment. 此項活動將由個別人仕預約執行 M Social function 聯係活動部 1. Annual BBQ The activity is proposed to be held on December 6, 2009 after the MOM competition. Venue is to be announced. 1, 週年燒烤聚會建議於 2009 年 12 月 6 日於 MOM 賽後舉辨, 地點尚待決定 M5. AOB 其他事項 1, Chinese style pavilion at Clear Water Bay HKRCSS has proposed improvement suggestion on the Clear Water Bay flying site. In response the Government will build a Chinese style pavilion and other facilities at the pit area. The details were discussed in the meeting and will feedback to the Government. 2, Discussion on equipment funding Alex So raised the question on equipment funding and storage. The procedure was reviewed and agreed that there is no change required.
