1 Transaction Management Transaction Management Platform User Manual Step 1:Click the link to get the log-in page: Step 2:Log in and go to the transaction management interface 2.1 Transaction Summary 1) Transaction Amount Today Show the Transaction Amount Today relevant to different currencies that may be selected by overseas merchants; The page provides Transaction Amount Today relevant to 7 currencies at default. Merchants may click to show Transaction Amount Today relevant to more than 7 currencies, as shown in Figure 2; 1

2 2)To-be-settled Amount Transaction Management Platform User Manual Settlement fund: show To-be-settled Amount relevant to different currencies that may be selected by merchants 2.2 Transaction Records Go to My Transaction to show transaction records of all types and status over the recent week (seven days from today) 1) Search more accurately through transaction type, status and time; 2) Click each type option of Transaction Type to search for specific type of transactions; 3) Click each option of Payment Time to search for transactions in specific period of time:: 2

3 Click for records of transactions that takes place today; Click for records of transactions that took place from today back to seven days ago; Click for records of transactions that took place from today back to 30 days ago; Click for records of transactions that took place from today back to 90 days ago; Set the date box for records of transactions that took place in a specific period of time; e.g. if you need records of transactions that took place from Aug 25, 2015 to Aug 29, 2015, you may only need to select the dates in the date box and click [Search]; You may also search for transaction records by inputting your fixed Transaction ID: Click More Options,input your Transaction ID, and click Search ; 4) List of Transaction Records: 3

4 Definitions: Gross Amount:total amount of the transaction value; Fee:Service Fee charged by Global Alipay; Distribute Amount:the amount allocated to the merchant s domestic Alipay Account (specifically for split payment solution); Net Amount: the amount after the deduction of the Service Fee. Explanation of TYPE: P represents Normal Transaction supports two types of transaction status: Success and Settled; Success = successfully created transactions; Settled = settled transactions; R represents Refund Transaction supports three types of transaction status: Success, To-be-settled, and Fail; Success = successfully refund transactions; To-be-settled = to-be-settled refund transactions; Fail = failed refund transactions 5) Download transaction records in two formats: TXT and CSV; After search by transaction time, type and status, click TXT or CSV as shown in the picture to download transaction records of corresponding format and search conditions. 6) Download data of current exchanges rates between RMB and other currencies in two formats: TXT and CSV; Click TXT or CSV to download data of current exchange rates between RMB and 12 other currencies settled by Alipay today 2.3 Settlement Records 1) Settlement Information Query Click to get to settlement information page; 4

5 Provide the settlement information of the recent 7 days at default; e.g. If today is Aug. 31, 2015, the default data will cover all settlement information from Aug. 25, 2015 to Aug. 31, 2015; You may search for settlement records not only for recent week, month, three months, or year but also for a specific period of time; Click for records of settlement that took place from today back to 7 days ago; Click for records of settlement that took place from today back to 30 days ago; Click for records of settlement that took place from today back to 90 days ago; Set the dates in the date box, and click [Search] to search for records of transactions that took place in a specific period of time; 5

6 1) Settlement Details: Transaction Management Platform User Manual Click Detail of certain settlement record to show detailed information of such settlement record: You can download the details of a settlement record in two formats: TXT and CSV; 2) Refund: Merchants can apply for refund on My Transaction page. Click Refund to apply for refunding of the corresponding transaction: 6

7 Click Refund and fill in relevant refund information: Select reason for refund, refund currency and refund amount; the refund amount must not exceed the total amount of this transaction; Click [Submit] and confirm refunding. 7

8 Confirm to complete refund application and wait for Alipay s verification result; 8

10 Settlement fund: 等待清算金额 ; 显示商户不同币种的等待清算的累计金额 2.2 Transaction Records 进入 My Transaction 页面时, 显示近一周的所有类型所有状态的交易记录 1) 可以通过交易类型状态交易时间进行更精确的搜索 2) 点击 Transaction Type 的不同类型, 可以直接搜索对应类型的交易 3) 可以通过时间搜索, 进行指定时间段的交易查询 : 若需要查询当天的交易记录, 请点击若需要查询从当天起前 7 天的交易记录, 请点击点击可查询从当天开始向前推 30 天的交易记录点击可查询从当天开始向前推 90 天的交易记录 e.g. 若需要查询 2015 年 8 月 25 日至 2015 年 8 月 29 日的交易记录, 则选择对 10

11 应的区间, 点击 Search 即可 ; Transaction Management Platform User Manual 还可支持固定交易号进行查询点击 More Options 展开, 输入交易号后, 点击 Search 即可 ; 4) 交易记录列表 : 交易名词解释 : Gross Amount: 代表交易发生的总金额 Fee: 代表支付服务的手续费 Distribute Amount( 不适用于境外收单服务, 请忽略 ) Net Amount: 代表每笔交易总金额扣除手续费后的费用 TYPE 的解释 : P 代表 Normal Transaction 类型对应的状态有两种 :success, settled; Success = 创建成功的交易 Settled = 已经完成清算的交易 R 代表 Refund Transaction 类型对应的交易状态有三种 :success, to be cancelled, fail; Success = 已经退款成功的交易 To be cancelled = 等待处理的未退款交易 Fail = 退款失败的交易 11

12 5) 下载交易记录 : 提供 TXT. CSV. 和 XLS. 三种格式的下载通过之前交易时间交易类型交易状态的查询后, 点击图中的 TXT 或 CSV 或 XLS 即可下载对应格式相应搜索条件的交易记录 6) 当天各种币种与人民币的汇率数据下载 : 提供 TXT 和 CSV 两种格式的下载点击对应的 TXT 或 CSV 即可下载当天的支付宝支持清算的币种 - 人民币汇率数值 ; 2.3 Settlement Records 1) 清算信息的查询点击, 页面切换到清算信息的界面 ; 选择展示一周的清算信息 ; e.g. 今天为则此处默认的数据为至的所有清算记录可以查询当天近一周一个月三个月的清算记录 ; 也可以查询具体时间段的清算记录 ; 点击直接查询从当天开始向前推 7 天的清算记录 ; 点击直接查询从当天开始向前推 30 天的清算记录 ; 点击直接查询从当天开始向前推 90 天的清算记录 ; 选择日期框中的不同日期, 点击 Search 按钮, 即可搜索指定时间段的清算记录 12

13 2) 清算记录详情查询点击对应清算记录的 detail, 显示该清算记录的详细信息 : 可下载清算记录的详情 : 提供 TXT,CSV,XLS 三种格式 ; 3) 交易退款商户可以在 My Transaction 页面中进行退款的申请点击需要退款的那笔交易对应的 Refund 链接, 进行退款申请 : 点击 Refund 后, 需要商户填写相关退款信息 : 13

14 注 : 选择退款申请原因退款币种退款金额输入支付密码发起退款请求点击 submit 按钮, 需要确认本次退款申请确定后退款申请成功, 等待支付宝审核 14
