ABSTRACTS ValueConsensusandCulturalConflictsamongVariousSocialCommunitiesinChinaToday: AReportOntheHarmonyofChineseEthics FanHao TheinvestigationdemonstratesthatvarioussocialcommunitiesincontemporaryChinaposesspecialethicalcontextsandmoraltemperament.Amongthevarioussocialcommunities, whilevalueconsensusisthefundamentalaspect, profoundethicalconflictsmayexistbecauseofthecoruptionofgovernmentaloficialsand theunfairnesinbenefitdistribution.fourbasiclawsmustbefolowedtoachieveethicalharmonyofvarious socialcommunities, i.e., thedilemmabetwenthesimilarityofconceptandideaandtheconflictofconducts andreality, theconsistencyinproblem diagnosisissuperiortotherecognitionofvaluesandconsistentvalue judgments, teritorialconsistencyissuperiortointer-communityconsistency, theconsistencyinethical-moral teritoryissuperiortotheconsistencyinideologyandculture.theconstructionofharmoniousethicsistoachievefourstrategies, i.e., tosolvetwodificultproblemsofgovernmentaloficers' coruptionandunfairdistributionsoastosafeguardthepracticalethicsinthestate' spowerandthesocialfortune, tocultivatethenationalethicalbeliefandspirit, toestablishtheideaofethicalsafetyandenhancethemembers' awarenesof ethicalsafety, andtoestablishthepracticalethicsbytransformingvalueconsensustoethicalconducts. TakingMarx' sconceptofhistoricalscienceseriously:understandingthetheoretical FeaturesofHistoricalMaterialism Anew WangNan-shi Incontrastwiththewaybywhichidealismexplainsthingsfromupperlevels, methodologicaly, materialismadoptstheapproachinwhichitexplainsthemotionandchangeofthingsfromlowerlevels, butonlyby basingitselfuponhistoricalsciencecanthistheoreticalapproachreachesthehighestdegreeofthoroughnes. Oppositionofmaterialismtoidealism, inaway, istheoppositionofspeculativephilosophytoscience, specialyspeaking, istheoppositionofspeculativephilosophyofhistorytomarx' scriticalyhistoricalscience. Thisoppositionalsomeansthephilosophyonlyexplainsworldvs.thecriticalyhistoricalscienceimmanently embodytheoreticalinterestinchangingworld.so, howtogethistoricalmaterialism tobeunderstod tobe understoodasspeculativephilosophyofhistoryorasthecriticalyhistoricalscience isvitalproblemhaving basicsignification.
