4 内容摘要 内容摘要 在众多的电视节目类型中, 电视剧一直是中国电视的中坚力量 中国电视媒体的竞争不断升级, 电视剧市场也越来越严峻 2005 年, 中国电视剧市场出现 了很多新生事物和新气象 如何让电视剧在承担舆论导向的同时吸引更多的观 众, 进而吸引广告主, 成为电视台各频道急需解决的问题 论文首先探讨了电视台电视剧的购买行为, 分析了决定电视台购买电视剧的主要因素 : 电视剧的质量因素 电视剧的题材和生命周期 政策因素以及购买价格和收视率的挂钩 笔者着重探讨了以点论价的电视剧交易方式, 通过分析得出这种交易方式是相对合理的结论 : 虽然对电视台和制片商双方都有风险, 但也是提高电视剧拍摄质量和电视台频道品牌形象的好办法 第二章分析了电视台电视剧的编排和播出 文章以央视八套的改版和安徽卫视改版为例, 探讨了两个频道的编排特色 随着 独播时代 的到来, 笔者对央视 湖南卫视的 独播战 进行了分析, 试图为电视台如何应对争夺优质电视剧 独播权 的全新时代作一探索 第三章探讨了电视台对电视剧进行宣传推广的必要性 宣传推广的展开包括 : 深度研究受众 利用题材 编剧 明星和导演资源 树立良好的电视频道的品牌形象以及整合营销 同时, 笔者以在厦视四套的实习经验探讨了城市电视台的电视剧宣传推广工作 关键词 : 电视台 ; 电视剧 ; 经营 IV
5 内容摘要 Abstract TV plays is the most important force of TV programs in China. The competition of media is becoming more and more serious. So is the TV plays market. The TV plays market of China appeared lots of new trends in How to attract more audience and advertiser? It is the most important problem for the TV stations. At first, the study discussed the purchase of TV plays. The study also discussed the main factor in the TV plays purchase, such as quality theme policy price rating and so on. The research pointed out that the deal style of points-depended is reasonable. Although it exited risk, it is a good way to improve the TV plays quality and TV stations brand image. Chapter 2 analyzed the programming and broadcasting of the TV plays. The study chose CCTV and AnHui satellite TV as examples. The study also analyzed the style of broadcasting by itself of CCTV and HuNan satellite TV. Chapter 3 discussed the necessity of the TV plays propaganda. The propaganda included audience research, using theme playwright stars and director to establish brand image, integrated marketing communication. 12 第一章 电视剧的购买 第一章 电视剧的购买 据 中国电视剧市场报告 ( ) 统计 3,2004 年全国 33 个城市 156 个频道 17:00 至 24:00 共播出电视剧 1598 部 集, 播出集数比 2003 年增长 5.8% 2004 年中国电视观众人均每天收看电视剧的时间是 56.5 分钟, 与 前几年相比, 电视剧收视时间在电视收视时间中所占比例也呈上升趋势 报告 还显示,2004 年电视剧制作数量有所突破, 实现年度增长 18.1%, 电视剧交易市场规模达到 43 亿元人民币, 总体呈现供大于求的局面 然而, 由于各类制作公司实力参差不齐, 精品剧依然供不应求 这些数字表明, 电视剧市场的商机正在孕育并扩大 2005 中国电视媒体的竞争进一步升级, 不同层级电视媒体在中国电视剧市场残酷竞争, 中央电视台 省级卫视 地市台, 纷纷出招, 求生存, 求发展 电视剧市场越来越严峻, 观众却越来越挑剔 电视剧的购买是电视台进行电视剧经营的一个重要环节 第一节电视剧交易市场中国政府对电视剧进行严格管理的主要手段有 : 实行电视剧制作许可证制度 进行电视剧规划审批 实行发行播出审查制和监督检查电视剧播出 政府通过电视剧的规划 生产 流通等整个传播环节来完成对电视剧的管理和控制, 保 证电视剧生产符合国家的政治利益和政治要求 按照目前我国电视剧管理规定, 影视集团下属的电视剧制作中心是生产和发行影视节目的主体 自上个世纪 90 年代以来, 民间资本开始涉足影视界, 经过几年的创业和重新调整, 已磨炼出一批具有相当实力的企业, 制作能力上已能与影视集团分庭抗礼 近几年, 民间制作机构呈上升趋势, 民营公司成为电视剧交易市场的生力军, 如以制作 公安 + 言情剧 为特色的北京海润影视制作有限公司 以制作古装轻喜剧为特色的广州巨星影业公司等都是实力雄厚的大公司 民 3 CSM 媒介研究. 中国电视剧市场报告 ( ) [EB/OL],

16 第一章 电视剧的购买 在沉寂了一段时期后又引起了业内的关注和重视 虽然最终 龙票 败走中央 8 套, 但是这种购买价格和收视率挂钩的行为却对电视剧市场进行了有益的探索 2004 年 11 月 1 日, 中央电视台与广东强视影业公司达成协议, 龙票 成为央视首部 以点论价 播出的电视剧 3.5% 为收视率基线 11 月 7 日 -28 日, 龙票 正式在央视八套黄金时段播出 12 月 7 日央视索福瑞的收视调查报告 显示, 龙票 的收视率仅为 1.4%,12 月 8 日 龙票 出品人游建明承认失败 龙票 的制作费用共计 2200 万元, 而采用 以点论价 的方式卖给央视首播权, 公司至少损失 176 万元 9 龙票 首播权出让的具体办法是: 首先, 计算出央视八套 2004 年 1 月至 6 月的最高平均收视率 3.39%, 然后加上 0.11%, 得出播出电视剧的平均收视率基线 3.5%, 并以此定出一个收视基本价格 待电视剧播出完毕后, 再依据央视索福瑞统计出的数据算出该剧的平均收视率, 规定每超出平均收视率基线 0.5%, 就在基本价格上每集多付给 1 万元, 以此累计 ; 反之, 收视率每低于平均收视率基线 0.5%, 就在基本价格上每集少付给 1 万元 需要解释的地方有几个 : 一是另加的 0.11% 并没有特别含义, 只是双方为了便于统计和估算, 经协商得出的 ; 二是购片价格随收视率的高低进行波动, 而且限制在一定范围内, 换句话说, 就是购片价格采用上封顶 下保底的方案 ; 三是在电视剧开播之前央视将支付收视基本买价的 80%, 余额将根据播出后收视率的高低进行支付 10 龙票 没有达到 3.5% 的收视率基线, 主要有以下几个原因 : 第一, 从播放平台来说, 央视八套的主要收视群体是以中等文化程度以下的妇女和老人为 主, 而 龙票 是商贾题材剧, 与央视八套的收视群体不能适应 第二, 从央视 八套自身的收视率来说,2004 年以来八套最高收视率也只有 3.39% 11,3.5% 的收视率基线过高的估计了八套的收视率 第三, 从收视群体来说, 频道的增加, 夜间生活的丰富, 让观众不再像以前那样守在电视机前, 收视群大量萎缩 虽然 龙票 以未达标告终, 但不算失败, 因为它引发了人们对 以点论价 这一政策可行性的讨论 2005 年, 逐步在内地电视剧市场中推行的 以点论价 尹兆熊. 龙票 赔了 176 万央视决不放弃 以点论价 [EB/OL], 李建凯. 以点论价 摭谈 [EB/OL], 尹兆熊. 龙票 赔了 176 万央视决不放弃 以点论价 [EB/OL], 10
