3 产品系列 The product model AWGP 有两个系列 ( has 2 series): 1 基本型 AWGP: 只支持五轴 ; 轴选倍率不支持编码输出. Basic model AWGP: Only supports 5 axes; axis and rate does not support encoder output 2 增强型 AWGP: 支持 6 轴 ; 轴选倍率支持编码输出 ; 支持扩展 3 个按键输出. Enhanced model AWGP: Support 6 axis; axis and rate support encoding output; support extended 3 key output. 支持系统 Support system 适用于德国西门子 (SIEMENS) 日本三菱 (MITSUBISHI) 法那科 (FANUC) 西班牙发格 (FAGOR) 法国 NUM 台湾元宝新代等数控. 4 产品特点 Product features 采用合金编码器, 性能稳定可靠, 手感好, 齿位清晰 Alloy encoder is in good performance, Stable and reliable,feel good, precision calibration 自带 LCD 显示屏, 显示当前轴坐标及当前倍率值 LCD display design, it can display current axis coordinate and speed value.. 按键采用防水开关, 防止油, 灰尘进入 Waterproof, anti-oil and dusty. 工作原理 Working principle 使用说明 Instructions 1. 先将接收器电缆连接到机床系统上 Connect receiver cable into your CNC Machine system interface. 2. 手轮安装 2 节 AA 电池, 打开电源开关, 就可以正常使用 Open battery cover and insert 2AA batteries, then it works -3-

5 产品功能描述 The product function description 基本型 AWGP: 轴选开关, 具有 X,Y, Z,4,5 轴 Axis band knob, with X,Y,Z,4,5 axis 分中按键 Half Key 使能按键 MPG Enable 倍率开关, 具有 1X, 10X,100X 调速 Step band knob, with 1X,10X,100X mode 显示屏 LCD 清零按键 Zero Clear Key 电源开关 Power Switch 无线信号指示灯 ( 工作正常, 无线信号灯亮 ) Wireless signal lamp,the indicator light does not work properly ( 详见注释 Note ) 编码器 MPG Encoder 注释. 电源开关打开 : 对手轮无任何操作时, 信号灯闪烁频率非常快表示无线信号正常 ; 使用手轮时, 信号灯一直亮表示无线信号正常 ; 信号灯慢闪, 并且显示屏显示 RF LOST 表示掉网. Note.The power is turned on: The MPG without any operation, the signal flash in high frequency that the wireless signal is normal; When using MPG, the signal light is on to indicate that the wireless signal is normal; The signal light flickers slowly, and the display shows RF LOST, MPG lost connection. -4-

Number of axis supperted: 6 denotes 6 axis;4 denotes 4 axis;3 denotes 3 axis; 手轮轴选输出方式 :A 表示点对点输出,B 表示编码输出. Axis option output signal: Adenotes non-coding,b denotes encoding output 手轮倍率输出方式 :A 表示点对点输出,B 表示编码输出. Rate option output signal: Adenotes non-coding,b denotes encoding output 5 手轮扩展案件输出 : 3 表示扩展 3 按键输出 ; 没有, 表示无扩展按键输出.
