切向铣削系统 409 HORN 扩展切向铣削系统 409, 新增 90 度主偏角心轴式铣刀和配有粗齿距的刀片, 以此可实现最佳的切削效果 其中, 新型立铣刀采用 DIN1835-B 安装方式, 刀具切削直径为 32 和 40 mm 系统使用可转位菱形刀片, 刀片经过精密磨削, 具有非常高的精度和极佳的表面质量 系统现在包括适合主偏角 45 度和 60 度铣刀 玉米铣刀和盘铣刀 主偏角 45 度铣刀的切削深度 6.2 mm, 而主偏角 60 度铣刀的切削深度 7.7 mm 提供安装 DIN 时, 两种铣刀在切削直径为 40 50 和 63 mm 的轴安装铣刀中均采用 DIN8030-A 安装方式 409 系统的主偏角 90 度铣刀提供 32 40 50 63 和 80 mm 的切削直径 铣刀具有内部冷却液供应, 可实现高效制冷并优化切屑流 HORN 还推出了五刃玉米铣刀, 切削深度 ap = 43.2 mm, 采用 DIN8030-A 安装方式 刀柄具有内部冷却功能, 提供 40 50 和 63 mm 直径 盘铣刀的切削直径可为 100 和 125 mm, 切削宽度可为 14 和 18 mm Tangential milling system 409 HORN has expanded the tangential milling system 409, introducing additional 90 degree cutter arbors and cutter heads with wide tooth pitch for an optimised cutting result. Among these are new end mills using the DIN1835-B mounting, with cutting circle diameter 32 and 40 mm. The system uses indexable rhomboid shape inserts, precision ground to achieve high accuracies with very good surface qualities. The system now includes new holders for 45- and 60-degree cutters, Hedgehog cutters and disk milling cutters. The 45-degree cutter offers 6.2 mm cutting depth, whilst the 60-degree variant provides depth of cut of 7.7 mm. Both routers use DIN8030-A mounting in the cutting circle diameter 40, 50 and 63 mm shaft-mounted cutter with mount DIN available as. The 90-degree cutter of system 409 is available the cutting circle diameters of 32, 40, 50, 63 and 80 mm. The milling cutters have an internal coolant supply for efficient cooling and chip flow optimisation HORN also introduces the five-row porcupine cutter with cutting depth of ap = 43.2 mm, according to DIN8030-A in the program. The holders have internal cooling and are available in diameters of 40, 50 and 63 mm. Disc cutters are offered with cutting circle diameters 100 and 125 mm and are available with cutting widths of 14 and 18 mm.
