As tenant shuttle bus services are provided to registered tenants of Hong Kong Science Park only, all passengers should use octopus cards which require being registered in advance at our service counters of Core Building 1 and Lakeside 1 (Please refer to attachment 1 for exact location). Since 7 working-days is needed for the activation of the octopus cards, tenants are invited to register their cards from 15-26 July 2013. For any registration after 26 July 2013, the cards cannot be used on 5 Aug 2013 for the shuttle bus services. Hong Kong Dollars Ten cents (HK $0.1) will be charged for the registration fee of each card. Kwoon Chung Motors Co., Ltd. 冠忠遊覽車有限公司 will place the signage with Hong Kong Science Park at the windscreen for identification (Please refer to attachment 2 for details). Please reserve ample time for buses; 3. 登車時, 請出示已於科學園服務台登記之八達通卡繳付車費 Passengers are required to present the pre-registered Octopus card when boarding; 4. 颱風期間, 若天文臺提早於 8 號颱風前 2 小時發出通告, 上述路線於科學園之開車時間提前於 8 號颱風發出前 60 分鐘開出 In case of typhoon, the departure time of all staff shuttle services from Hong Kong Science Park will be adjusted to 60 minutes before the actual hoisted time of typhoon signal No. 8 if Hong Kong Observatory provides at least two hours advance notice to the public; 5. 若早上班次開出時間前已發出 8 號或以上颱風訊號, 所有班將會取消 若中午 12 時前除下 8 號颱風, 往科學園各路線班次將於風球除下 60 分鐘後開出, 若中午 1200 後才除下風球, 當日所有班次將會取消 In case of typhoon signal No. 8 is issued by HK Observatory before bus journeys start in the morning as specified in the schedule, all bus services will be suspended. If typhoon signal No. 8 is lowered before 12:00 noon, all buses will pick up passengers at designated boarding locations 60 minutes after such a signal has been lowered as aforesaid but if such a signal is so changed after 12:00 noon, all bus services on the day will be cancelled;
