Passing of minutes for 35 th NUSSU Annual General Meeting (AGM) 1.1 With no amendments, Mr. Loo Weng Heng proposed to pass the minutes of the 35 th NUSSU AGM, Ms. Lai Jia Ying seconded. 2. Passing of the 36th 6th Council Meeting minutes 1.1 With no amendments, Mr. Alvin Tan Wei Kian proposed to pass the minutes of the 36 th 6th Council Meeting minutes, Mr. Loo Weng Heng seconded. 3. Passing of 36 th NUSSU AGM Report 3.1 Presidential Report 3.1.1. Mr. Lim Kok Seng presented the president s report to the AGM attendees. 3.1.2. With no amendments, Mr. Joshua Choo proposed to pass the 36 th President s report, Ms. Jeannie Siong seconded. 3.2 Engagement and Relations Cell Report 3.2.1. Ms. Jeanette Kwan presented the Engagement and Relations cell s report to the AGM attendees. 3.2.2. With no further amendments, Ms. Kellie Chong proposed to pass the Engagement and Relations cell report, Ms. Low Yi Yun seconded. 3.3 Presidential Cell Report 3.3.1. Mr. Terence Wong presented the Presidential cell s report to the AGM attendees. 3.3.2. With no further amendments, Ms. Manali Mehta proposed to pass the Presidential cell report, Mr. Javier Leong seconded. 3.4 Secretariat Cell report 3.4.1. Mr. Kang Wee Jing presented the Secretariat cell s report to the AGM attendees.
3.4.2. With no further amendments, Ms. Kellie Chong proposed to pass the Secretariat cell report, Ms. Goh Suen Rong seconded. 3.5 Financial Cell Report 3.5.1. Ms. Ong Soo Chin presented the Financial cell s report including the Union financial statement to the AGM attendees. 3.5.2. With no amendments, Mr. Yeoh Jo-ern proposed to pass the financial cell report, Ms. Jeannie Siong seconded. 3.6 Communications Cell Report 3.6.1. Ms. Kellie Chong presented the Communications cell s report to the AGM attendees. 3.6.2. With no amendments, Ms. Claire Ann Lois proposed to pass the Communications cell report, Mr. Joshua Choo seconded. 3.7 Welfare Cell Report 3.7.1. Mr. Lim Kok Seng presented the Welfare cell s report to the AGM attendees. 3.7.2. With no amendments, Ms. Jeanette Kwan proposed to pass the Welfare cell report, Ms. Lai Jia Ying seconded. 3.8 NUSSU Business Committee (Bizcom) Report 3.8.1. 3.10 NUSSU Global Relations Unit (GRU) report 3.10.1. Mr. Alvin Tan Kian Wei presented the GRU s report to the AGM attendees. 3.10.2. With no amendments, Mr. Yeoh Jo-ern proposed to pass the GRU report. Mr. Lai Wen Shen seconded. 3.11 NUSSU International Relations Committee (IRC) report 3.11.1. Mr. Lim Kok Seng presented the IRC s report to the AGM attendees. 3.11.2. With no amendments, Ms. Nguyen Dang Hoang Yen proposed to pass the IRC report. Mr. Lee Chun Chuan seconded. 3.12 NUSSU Public Relations Unit (PRU) report 3.12.1. Ms. Manali Mehta presented the PRU s report to the AGM attendees. 3.12.2. With no amendments, Ms. Jeannie Siong proposed to pass the PRU report. Mr. Tan Wee Bian seconded. 3.13 NUSSU Students Fund report 3.13.1. Mr. Lim Kok Seng presented the Students Fund s report to the AGM attendees. 3.13.2. With no amendments, Ms. Goh Zhen May proposed to pass the NUSSF report. Incoming President s address. 4.1. Mr. Loo Weng Heng addressed the AGM attendees. 4.2. He thanked the crowd for attending the AGM and introduced the 37 th NUSSU Executive Committee. 5. AOB 5.1. With no other business, Mr. Lim Kok Seng called the meeting to an end on 14 th September 2015 at 2100hr.
