In addition, the Pilot Project of Community Involvement Broadcasting Service of Radio Television Hong Kong could illustrate the rehabilitation stories of exoffenders in a thirteen series radio programme. 3 機構事務Corporate Affairs 一個機會一個未來A Chance with a Hope 資訊科技 Information Technology 網頁設計 Website Design 本會資訊技術組於本年度為多個機構活動及服務單位製作和更新網頁, 使本會能迅速將服務的最新動態傳遞予社會大眾 未來, 本會將重新整理機構網站的架構和外觀, 務求令公眾人士能更簡易地取得所需資訊和了解本會服務 知識分享平台 本會知識分享平台成立的目的是為了將機構的動態 共用文件及表格 同工的經驗分享及交流凝聚於此綜合平台上, 使同工能快捷準確地掌握本會資訊, 並增強不同部門間的聯繫 本年度共有 7,915 人次登入使用知識分享平台, 比去年上升逾 30% 為配合本會知識管理的發展, 分享平台加入了善導百科 活動分享及影片串流等新功能, 將工作知識分享給同工 本會亦於新入職同工財政及行政程序簡介會講解並介紹分享平台的概念及功能予新入職員工認識 多媒體製作及訓練 本會資訊技術組於本年度亦為不同大型活動製作多媒體應用和書刊 例如為 五十五週年心火相傳體驗互動日 拍攝及製作影片 為 Show Your Hands 五十五週年籌款晚宴 製作場刊及製作節日賀卡等 另外, 亦為員工籌辦活動攝影進階訓練班, 務求提升會內同工在多媒體製作的專業質素 For immediate release of news and information, our Information Technology Unit created and updated web pages for different service units and events last year. For easier access to our website information, we plan to re-structure and redesign the website layout in the next year. SRACPortal The establishment of SRACPortal creates a central platform for staff to share agency news, latest documents and professional experience more efficiently, and thus to connect different service departments. 7,915 login times were recorded last year, increased 30% compared with the previous year. New functions such as SRACPedia, Activities Sharing and Video Streaming were launched to support the development of knowledge management in the Society. The SRACPortal is introduced at Human Resources and Finance Briefing for the new staff training in order to familiarize them with the different features of the platform. Multimedia Production and Skills Training Information Technology Unit produced multimedia and booklets for different events such as the video production for the Staff Retreat 2013, booklet design for 55th Anniversary Dinner Show Your Hands and festival greeting E-cards. IT audit is conducted annually to monitor the condition of IT equipment, to suggest replacement of faded out equipment, and to reflect any extra needs. The studies aim to understand the negative impacts of illegal behaviours and imprisonment of offending members on them. Future Plans For Social Rehabilitation Service, according to LS/CMI, about 80% of service users were assessed as high risk/need level in the factor of Leisure/ Recreation. In the coming year, we will conduct a research to explore the leisure pattern among ex-offenders so as to design service to meet their needs. For Mental Health Service, we will conduct a study on the effectiveness of strength-based intervention on the recovery of service recipients of ICCMW. It also helps to understand the applicability and effectiveness of strength assessment in ICCMW. 87 社會康復服務方面, 本會完成了 服務水平 / 個案管理量表 (LS/CMI)- 信效度 研究 研究顯示該量表具有高信度及效度, 能為服務使用者作出準確的危機及需要評估 精神健康服務方面, 本會先後完成了 香港善導會中途宿舍服務檢討 : 香港精神病康服 For Mental Health Service, three studies including Offending Behaviours Among People with Mental Illness in Hong Kong: A Service Review of Psychiatric Halfway House of SRACP, the Experience of Stigma of Halfway House Service Recipients of SRACP with a Diagnosis of Schizophrenia and Recovery of Halfway House Service Recipient of SRACP with a Diagnosis of Schizophrenia were conducted to evaluate the service provision of mental health service and to improve the service model for matching service needs. 表現, 並了解這些表現與他們一般特性的關係, 從而分析優勢評估於本會精神健康綜合社區中心的應用性及成效 同工正接受 服務成效評估 研究培訓 者的犯罪行為 精神分裂症患者所受到的標籤經歷 及 確診精神分裂症的中途宿舍服務使用者康復的質性研究, 以了解他們真正需要, 提供更適切的服務 For Employment Development Service, we conducted a research study on employment situation of ex-offenders with findings that showed the significance of full-time employment in enhancing self-esteem and job seeking motivation of ex-offenders, and also in decreasing their tendency of reconviction. 5 國內與海外交流 職員訓練及專業發展 機構事務Corporate Affairs 一個機會一個未來A Chance with a Hope Mainland and Overseas Exchange 海外交流活動 為了配合本會的精神健康服務實踐 復原模式, 於二零一二年十月四位精神健康服務的前線員工被派往美國堪薩斯大學和約翰遜縣精神健康中心進行為期三星期的工作實習, 參考當地實踐 復原模式 的配套, 並向當地服務人員交流實務經驗, 啟發新思維及擴闊視野 此外, 亦舉辦了 澳門濫藥及愛滋病防治策略新貌 探訪活動, 到訪澳門防治藥物依賴廳及澳門戒毒康復協會, 了解當局的緩減危害工作及愛滋病防治策略, 參與同工均感獲益良多 接待國內及海外到訪機構 作為香港主要服務更生人士及推動預防犯罪教育的非政府機構, 本會在二零一二年度曾接待多個國家的來賓, 向他們介紹本會的服務及設施, 交流服務經驗 接待的國內及海外單位包括廣州市民政局 順德區社福機構 日本的北九洲市立大學 Singapore Positive Intentions Ngee Ann Polytechnic 南韓法務部犯罪預防政策局及南部地域協議會 Overseas exchange In correspondence with the development of recovery oriented practice in our mental health service, four frontline staff went to Kansas University and Johnson County Mental Health Centre in the United States for an inspiring and mindopening three-week attachment programme, where the staff studied recovery model service package and learnt practical skills, as well as exchanging work experience with the practitioners. Moreover, a Macau study tour was also organised to learn the work of harm reduction and strategy for AIDS from the Department of Prevention and Treatment for Drug Dependence and Association of Rehabilitation of Drug Abusers of Macau. Receiving Visitors from Mainland and Overseas Countries Being the major non-governmental organisation in providing offender rehabilitation and crime prevention services in Hong Kong, we received visitors from Mainland and other countries to introduce our service and facilities. They were officials, scholars, service providers and students from Guangzhou and Shunde China, Japan, Singapore and Korea. In 2012/13, Staff Training and Development Working Group had tailor-made in house training and subsidized staff of different ranks to participate in external training programmes so as to enhance their knowledge and competency in frontline practice. The programmes are categorized as follows: corporate-led training, service-led training, train-thetrainer programmes, frontline service training, unit-based training and overseas exchange activities. We continued to participate in the supervisor project in Guangzhou, China. The involvement did not only enhance the professional practice of Mainland social workers but also widened the exposure of our participating workers. Furthermore, we maintained close contact with colleges and universities by providing placement opportunities for students studying social work, criminology and counselling courses. With the objective to support the education of social services, we have arranged 34 students coming from the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the Hong Kong Baptist University, the Hong Kong Shue Yan University and the Hone Kong Institute of Education to enroll in fieldwork placement at our service units this year. 香港樹仁大學及香港教育學院的學生於不同 的服務單位進行實習
