7 介面介紹 Welcome to EndNote X9 畫面 點選 EndNote X9<Customizer >, 進入 Select Components, 將 Connections, Import Filters, Output Styles 三個選項都打勾, 再點選 Next 出現 Cite While You Write for Microsoft Word 視窗, 再點選 Next 更新完成後在 Finish 視窗點選 Done Custom 完整安裝 >6000 種書目格式 7

35 修改引文 多筆文獻欲修改插入的順序可利用向下的符號調整 可設定 Citation 在文中顯示格式, 可選擇顯示 1. 預設值 2. 作者 ( 年代 ) 3. 只顯示年代 4. 只顯示作者 5. 不顯示作者和年代 6. 僅在參考文獻中顯示, 文中不顯示 欲修改文獻的內容可點 Edit Reference 旁邊的黑色倒三角形 1.Edit Library Reference: 可回到 EndNote Library 中, 編輯該筆參考文獻 2.Remove Citation: 移除該筆參考文獻 3.Insert Citation: 在該筆參考文獻後加入新的 Citation 4.Update from My Library: 若有更新 Library 中的書目資訊, 記得點選此項 36

36 移除參數 利用 EndNote 插入書目至 Word 中時, 這些資料皆具有參數, 因此當整份文件完成後, 需從 EndNote X9 標籤面版點選 Tools 下的 Covert to Plain Text 以移除參數 v 勿刪除有參數的文件 參數一去不復返 37

39 找重覆書目資料 (2/2) 2_ 兩欄式畫面呈現可能重複書目詳細內容, 藍底呈現偵測到不同資料的欄位, 待比對編輯內容後, 在欲保留書目上方點按 Keep this Record 即可去除另一筆重複書目 3_ 若不想逐筆確認, 可直接點按 Cancel, 之後會呈現重複的書目並選取匯入時間較新的重複資料 ( 如右圖 ), 您可利用 ctrl 鍵調整選取後再點按 Delete, 即可一次刪除多筆重複資料 40
