1 Dress Casual Day 籌募年報 Campaign Year Report 2015/ Dress Casual Day, held on 8 October 2015, saw the participation of over 360,000 people from nearly 1,100 schools, corporations and other organisations dressing in creative attire to show their care for those in need. Now in its 23rd year, the event featured some exciting new elements with Chest Board Member Mr Leon Lai, BBS, MH, playing a major role in the concept development of the promotional commercial, and participating in the filming with other celebrities. The popular video attracted over 420,000 views online. In addition, trendsetter Mr Jan Lamb partnered with the Chest to create the master concept for this event, as well as to design a limited edition Casual d Tee and folder which were quickly snatched up by eager supporters. In addition, the Chest encouraged participants to show off their Dress Casual Day outfits by joining a photo competition on Facebook and Instagram. The Chest also invited Mr Shing Mak (Dance Director of the blockbuster movie The Way We Dance ) and his dance studio, neverland, to choreograph a flash mob dance performed by young dancers in the streets.
