1 D232 K27 A A Brief Study on the International Factors in the Process of Chinese Liberation Zhang Hao & Dong Ying Abstract The period from January 1949 to October 190 is the key period of the PLA marching towards the whole China. During this period the international factors produced profound influence on the liberation process in Xinjiang Tibet Taiwan and other border areas in which the main factors came from the Soviet Union and the United States. The Soviet Union was always concerned with the decisions and actions of China liberating the border areas and repeatedly proposed the opinions and suggestions to the Central Committee of the CPC. America involved in Xinjiang and Tibet sent troops to the Korean Peninsula and manufactured the situation of tension in Northwest Southwest Northeast frontier. The Central Committee of the CPC made the strategic deployment of early liberating Xinjiang and Tibet sending troops to Korea postponing the liberation of Taiwan etc. which had a great relationship with this situation J.
