49 西安科技大学硕士学位论文 蚓4 11两阁 U感结构图 I刽4 12二圈电感结构图 图4 11和图4 12为利用HFSS所绘制的LTCC电感组件i维结构图 图4 1 1中集 合结构为 T 2 圈数 W 60 线宽 单位 微米 S 60 线距 单位 微米 G I 距离接地层一层介质层 利用HFSS仿真得出S散射参数曲线 再进一4步输入 ADS软件中从而提取出模型参数值 模拟预测结果为有效电感值为4 22nil 其它刀型 及修J卜T型模型电路组件参数 模 弘所预测的散射参数与电感器实作量测后的结果作比 较 图4 1 2为结构参数为T 3 圈数 W 60 线宽 单位 微米 S 80 线距 单位 微米 G 2 距离接地层两层介电质层 利用HFSS仿真得出散射参数曲线 再进 步输入ADS软件中从而提取出模型参 数值 模型预测结果为有效电感值为10 26nil 限于时间限制 本论文只对少数电感组 件作参数化分析 通过这些一作所建立出的LTCC电感组件库是有限的 下一章是利用 此章中的电感组件完成了一个带通滤波设计
