2 至少从事 5 年汉语教学工作有具体任教意向者 ( 须提供拟任教单位出具的证明 ) 将被优先录取入学后第一学年结束前通过年度评审且 HSK 成绩不低于六级 180 分 HSKK( 中级 ) 成绩不低于 70 分者, 可继续享受奖学金汉办将为优秀毕业生回国任教提供支持 Scholarships for Students of MTCSOL: This scholarship is intended for excellent students from Confucius Institutes (or Confucius Classrooms), overseas local Chinese language teachers, winners of the Chinese Bridge Chinese Proficiency Competitions for Foreign College Students and Foreign High School Students, excellent foreign college graduates who have majored in Chinese and outstanding performers on HSK exams, to undertake a Master's Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages. Scholarship winners shall begin their study in the fall of2015, and the duration of scholarship is two academic years. Applicants should have a bachelor s degree or its equivalent, attain a score of at least 180 on the HSK Level 5 Test and a score of at least 50 on the HSKK Intermediate Level Test; or a score of at least 180 on the BCT (B) Test, and a Spoken score on the BCT Test of at least 260, and make a written commitment stating that they will be engaged in Chinese language teaching for at least five years after graduation. Those who pass the first-academic year assessment and score at least 180 on the HSK Level 6 Test and at least 70 on the HSKK Intermediate Level Test are entitled to continuing support of the scholarship. Applicants with a pre-arranged teaching post in their home country will be given admission priority (certification by the institution for which they teach is required). Hanban will provide continued support for outstanding graduates to teach in their home countries. 2. 一学年研修 + 汉语国际教育专业硕士仅向非洲和拉美地区有志于从事汉语教学工作的孔子学院 ( 课堂 ) 学员提供入学时间为 2015 年秋季, 资助期限为三学年申请者须与孔子学院或拟任教单位签订协议, 具有学士学位或相当学历,HSK 成绩不低于三级 180 分 HSKK 成绩 ( 初级 ) 不低于 60 分 ; 或者 BCT(A) 成绩不低于 180 分 BCT( 口语 ) 成绩不低于 180 分 ; 完成第一学年研修生学习, 通过年度评审且汉语能力测试取得 HSK 成绩不低于五级 180 HSKK( 中级 ) 成绩不低于 50 分者, 方可攻读汉语国际教育专业硕士学位, 继续享受奖学金汉办将为毕业回国任教者提供支持, 如, 招聘为本土汉语教师并给予工资补贴等 Scholarship for Students of One-Academic-Year + MTCSOL: This scholarship is intended for students from Confucius Institutes in Africa and Latin American regions, who are interested in Chinese language teaching. Scholarship recipients shall begin their study in the fall of 2015, and the duration of these scholarships is three academic years. Applicants shall sign an agreement with the Confucius Institute or an institute for which they will teach. Applicants are required to have a bachelor s degree or its equivalent and achieve a score of at least 180 on the HSK Level 3 Test and a score of at least 60 on the HSKK Primary Level Test; or a score of at least 180 on the BCT (A) Test and a score of at least 180 on the BCT Spoken Test. Those who complete the first year and pass the first-academic year assessment, scoring at least 180 on the HSK Level 5 Test

3 and at least 50 on the HSKK Intermediate Level Test, may proceed with their study in China for the Master s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages. Hanban will support graduates who teach Chinese in their home countries by recruiting them as local teachers, providing wage subsidies, etc. 3. 汉语国际教育本科仅向亚洲 ( 除日本韩国新加坡以色列外 ) 拉美和非洲国家有志于从事汉语教学工作的孔子学院学员提供, 学习专业为汉语国际教育 ( 含汉语言本科汉语国际教育方向 ) 入学时间为 2015 年秋季, 资助期限为 4 学年申请者应具有高中以上学历,HSK 成绩不低于三级 180 分 HSKK( 中级成绩 ) 不低于 40 分, 或者 BCT (A) 成绩不低于 180 分 BCT( 口语 ) 成绩不低于 220 分第一学年结束前通过年度评审且 HSK 成绩不低于五级 180 分,HSKK( 中级 ) 成绩不低于 50 分者, 可继续享受奖学金 Scholarship for Students of BTCSOL: This scholarship is intended for students from Confucius Institutes in Asia (not including Japan, South Korea, Singapore or Israel), Latin America or Africa, who are interested in Chinese language teaching. Scholarship recipients will major in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages or Chinese in an area related to Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages. Recipients will begin their studies in the fall of 2015 and may receive continued support for up to four academic years. Applicants should have a high school degree or above, achieve scores of no less than 180 on the HSK Level 3 Test and at least 40 on the HSKK Intermediate Level Test; or at least 180 on the BCT (A) Test and at least 220 on the Spoken section of the BCT Test. Scholarship recipients may choose to study Chinese language and literature, Chinese history and Chinese philosophy. Students begin courses in the fall 2015 and the grant term is one academic year. At the end of one year of study, recipients are expected to reach Level 5 on the HSK and the Intermediate Level on the HSKK. Applicants should achieve a score of at least 180 on the HSK Level 3 Test and a score of at least 50 on the HSKK Intermediate Level

Scholarship recipients may study Chinese language and literature, Chinese history or Chinese philosophy. Applicants should achieve a score of at least 120 on the HSK Level 2 Test and at least 40 on the HSKK Primary Level Test; or a score of at least 100 on the BCT (A) Test and a score of at least 120 on the BCT Spoken Test. 6. 四周研修生定向为部分孔子学院 ( 课堂 ) 优秀学员提供, 以语言研修为主, 辅以文化考察, 入学时间为 2015 年 7 至 8 月, 资助期限为四周申请者需参加 HSK 或 BCT 并提交成绩报告, 无来华留学经历汉办将根据四周研修生汉语水平调剂安排在指定接收院校集中学习 Scholarship for four-week students: This scholarship is intended for excellent students of Confucius Institutes or Confucius Classrooms. Scholarship recipients may study Chinese and take part in cultural tours. Student will enroll between July and August 2015 and the grant term is four weeks. Applicants should take the HSK or BCT Test and submit their score reports. Applicants should not have had previous experience studying in China. Hanban will send applicants to study in a designated university according to their Chinese language levels. 二奖学金资助内容及标准 (Scholarship Coverage and Criteria) 孔子学院奖学金资助内容包括 : 学费住宿费生活费和综合医疗保险其中生活费标准为 : 本科生一学期和一学年研修生人民币 2500 元 / 月 ; 汉语国际教育专业硕士生人民币 3000 元 / 月 Scholarship recipients are exempt from tuition and campus housing fees and receive a monthly stipend and comprehensive insurance for foreign students studying in China. Monthly stipends are provided at the following rates (CNY Yuan per month):

CNY 3,000 for Master s Degree Students. 三招生流程 (Recruitment Procedures) 1. 自本办法发布之日起, 申请者可登陆孔子学院奖学金网站 ( 注册个人账号, 查询接收院校及专业信息, 在线填写提交孔子学院奖学金申请表, 截止日期 5 月 10 日 Applicants may log on to the Confucius Institute Scholarship website at set up an individual account, read information about host institutions and majors, and complete and submit the Confucius Institute Scholarship Application Form online. The deadline for all applications is May 10, 汉办委托各国孔子学院 ( 独立设置的孔子课堂 ), 有关海外汉语考试考点, 中国驻外使 ( 领 ) 馆教育文化处 ( 组 ), 接收院校和未建孔子学院国家的有关高等学校作为推荐机构, 负责按招生要求审核属地申请者资格及申请材料, 并于 5 月 20 日前将推荐名单汇总提交汉办 Hanban entrusts the following as recommending institutions: Confucius Institutes, independently set-up Confucius Classrooms, overseas Chinese test centers, educational and cultural offices (sections) of Chinese Embassies or Consulates, and host institutions of higher education in those countries with no Confucius Institutes. The recommending institutions shall examine the qualification and application materials of applicants, and submit the list of recommended applicants to Hanban by May 20th, 接收院校负责审核申请者入学资格, 并于 5 月 31 日前向汉办提交符合条件的奖学金留学生预录取名单 Host institutions are responsible for reviewing applicants qualifications and submitting the proposed enrollment name list of qualified candidates to Hanban by May 31, 汉办将组织专家进行评审, 对符合条件者择优录取获奖者名单将于 6 月 15 日后在奖学金网站公布, 同时通知接收院校和推荐机构, 并由推荐机构通知申请者本人 Hanban will organize an expert panel to make the final selection and publicize the name list of successful applicants on the Scholarship website after June 15th, Hanban will also inform officials at host and recommending institutions, who in turn will inform the applicants. 5. 接收院校须于 7 月 1 日前将录取通知书报到须知外国留学人员来华签证申请表 (JW202 表 ) 和孔子学院奖学金证书电子版等入学材料寄达推荐机构, 由推荐机构转交申请者本人

6 The host institutions in China will send an admissions letter, enrollment instructions, a visa application form for foreigners to study in China (JW202 Form), and a Certificate of Confucius Institute Scholarship (in electronic format), along with other related materials to successful applicants through recommending institutions by July 1st, 四申请材料 (Application Documents) 申请者须登录奖学金网站, 填写孔子学院奖学金申请表, 并附上以下证明材料的电子文档 : Applicants should log onto the scholarship website, fill out the Confucius Institute Scholarship Application Form, and submit the following materials as electronic attachments: 1. 护照照片页 Copy of passport photo page. 2.HSK HSKK 或者 BCT BCT( 口语 ) 成绩报告 Copies of HSK and HSKK score reports, or BCT and BCT (Spoken) score reports. 3. 最高学历证明 ( 毕业预定证明或在校学习证明, 如非中文或英文证明, 需提供相应的公证文件 ) The highest education diploma attained or scheduled proof of graduation or official proof of student status. Non-Chinese or non-english certificates or diplomas must be notarized. 4. 推荐信及承诺书汉语国际教育专业硕士申请者须同时提交两名副教授以上职称导师的推荐信 ( 用中文或英文书写 ), 以及毕业后至少从事 5 年汉语教学工作的承诺书未建孔子学院国家的有关高校中文专业学生, 须另提供校长签发的推荐信 MTCSOL Scholarship applicants are required to submit two letters of reference from professors or associate professors (in Chinese or English) and a written commitment stating that the applicant will be engaged in Chinese language teaching for at least five years after graduation (written in Chinese and signed). College students majoring in Chinese in countries with no established Confucius Institutes shall submit a reference letter signed and issued by the university president. 5. 未满 18 周岁的申请者, 须提交委托在华法定监护人的相关法律文件 Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit relevant legal documents of entrusted legal guardians in China. 6. 汉语桥世界大中学生中文比赛来华复赛获奖者须提供奖学金证书各国分赛区优胜者须提供获奖证明和赛区主办单位出具的推荐函 Winners of the final competition of the Chinese Bridge Chinese Proficiency Competitions for Foreign College Students or Foreign High School Students in China shall submit the eligibility certificate for scholarship.
