4 摘要 在如今经济全球化的背景下, 市场竞争越来越激烈, 竞争环境也在飞速变化 对此, 许多企业以创业导向的行为战略构建持续的竞争优势 本文选定的转化路径为企业知识创造, 以公司创业导向作为自变量, 企业绩效为因变量, 研究企业 创业导向行为对其绩效的直接和间接作用 文中, 首先对关于创业导向和知识创 造的研究成果及相关理论进行搜集和梳理 ; 继而形成本文理论框架, 提出相关假 设 ; 之后设计量表, 选取厦门大学 EDP 中心以及厦门 无锡两地开发区企业中高层作为问卷调查样本, 发放和回收问卷 ; 然后运用 SPSS19.0 和 AMOS17.0 对回收的数据进行因子分析 回归分析和中介效应检验, 验证研究假设 ; 最后根据数据分析结果结合实际情况进而得出结论, 提出建议, 并指出研究创新点 局限性和未来研究方向 本研究在厦门 无锡两地共回收 162 份有效问卷 分析讨论后主要得到以下结论 :(1) 创业导向正向影响知识创造 (2) 知识创造正向影响企业绩效 (3) 创业导向正向影响企业绩效 (4) 知识创造在创业导向对企业绩效的影响中起部分中介作用 关键词 : 创业导向 ; 知识创造 ; 企业绩效 ; III
5 ABSTRACT With the competitive and rapidly changing economic globalization, there is an increase number of enterprises which takes Entrepreneurial Oriented strategy to build their sustainable strength. This paper chooses knowledge creation as the transplanting path and discusses the role that the Entrepreneurial Oriented behavior plays in the performance in a direct and indirect way, using Entrepreneurial orientation behavior as independent variable and performance as Dependent Variable. First of all, we collected and summarized the investigation results and relevant theories regarding the Entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge creation. Then the theoretical framework was proposed, and we set out the hypothesis accordingly. After that, we designed the scale and collected questionnaires from the leadership of XMU EDP center and economic development zone in xiamen and wuxi, who are chosen to be the research samples. Then we used SPSS and AMOS on the recovery of data for factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and test of the mediating effect to test the hypotheses. Finally we combined the analysis result with the practical situation and draw the conclusion. Meanwhile, the recommendation was put forward, as well as the innovation points, limitation and future research directions. In the study, we received 162 valid questionnaires in xiamen and wuxi. The conclusion are as follows: (1) Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive effect on the knowledge creation; (2) Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive effect on the knowledge creation; (3) knowledge creation has a positive effect on the performance; (4) knowledge creation mediates in the role that EO plays to the performance. 10 第 1 章绪论 第 1 章绪论 1.1 选题背景 现实背景 目前, 在理论界逐渐形成了以创新为主旨的热点研究, 而创业精神更是作为其精神内涵被各界广泛关注 由于社会转型的不断变革, 使知识经济的重要地位日益凸显, 世界范围内的创业热潮渐次兴起 这股风潮的发展使创业研究成为学术界的关注重点, 同时也被公认为是社会发展的重要推动力 而创业能够最大限度的安排社会劳动力, 提供更为丰富的社会产品和相关服务, 并能够使国家的竞争力不断提升, 从而获得更为稳定的国际经济排名 全球创业观察 2012 年中国报告 显示, 中国的整体创业指数为 14%, 这一数据说明, 在中国 60 岁以下的劳动者中, 每百人中即有 14 人参与自主创业, 在国际创业整合项目的 69 个经济体亚太 / 南亚地区排名第 2 同时,2012 年的数据显示, 在亚太 / 南亚地区经济体中, 预计未来五年能提供 20 个以上的工作机会的企业数量排名中, 中国也名列前茅 创业实践的边际贡献由于就业机会的不断增加也在不断增长 这代表我国经济之所以能够保持平稳发展趋势, 与公众的主动创业密不可分, 创业行为与创业精神的完善, 将是我国经济发展的核心因素 创业活动是创业者的一种有意识的战略选择过程 从本质上, 创业活动需要与其所处的环境相互作用 相互影响 创业活动要想取得成功, 要求创业者拥有 较强的能力, 不但可以及时识别市场机会, 而且还可以及时优化配置相关的资源, 继而就可以在市场上进行创新活动 总的来说, 决定新创企业成败有两个关键因素 : 一个是创业者制定发展战略的能力, 另一个是创业者实施发展战略的能力 任何一个企业想要在激烈的市场竞争中取得优势, 优秀的创业导向是必不可少的 创业导向有三个方面的特征, 分别是 : 先动性 创新性 风险承担性, 正是因为这三个特征才决定了创业导向的重要地位 目前来说, 因为创业导向在创业过程中的作用越来越明显, 从而导致了很多学者去分析和研究创业导向 大量的实践经验证明 : 创业导向不仅能够影响新企业的发展, 也能够对成熟企业产生重要的影响 (Lumpkin & Dess,1996) 1
11 第 1 章绪论 Wiklund 和 Shepherd(2003) 提出, 创业态度和创业行为对于新企业利用新 [1] 知识和现有知识开拓市场机会有重要作用 在经济高速发展的当下, 环境发展具有明显的不确定性, 而且这一趋势还在不断扩大 这就要求企业在发展中应当不断获取新能量, 如以新知识的创造和获得作为创新的源动力 这样企业才能在市场的动态发展中获得平衡, 所以, 知识创造的重要性始终是企业发展创新的关键所在 知识创新涵盖四个阶段, 分别为 : 社会化 外在化 组合化 内部化 企业能够将新知识的获得作为企业内部分享的基础, 从而增加知识的储备量, 这样的循环模式将有利于市场机遇的鉴别和把握, 能够使企业的竞争力不断提升 由此可见, 在企业市场竞争的制胜王牌中, 知识创造与创业导向具有关键分量 理论背景目前, 创业导向已经成为创业研究领域的一个新热点 Dess&Lumpkin(2001) 认为创业导向作为创业活动及创业过程的一个先行变量, 通过企业市场战略目标 [2] 的确定 企业文化 企业构架等都能在一定程度上对企业的发展产生影响 虽然许多研究都证实了创业导向对企业绩效的积极提高效应, 但是在不同的市场环境下, 由于社会需求与环境特点的影响, 创业绩效也会受到一定影响 在创业导向往企业组织绩效的过渡中, 变量的作用尤为明显 这种变量关系不是以简单的线性变化构成的, 而是以中介变量形式产生作用 例如学者 Covin 和 S1evin(199l) 提出, 造成企业发展影响的变量主要有以下三个方面, 分别为 : 外部环境 企业内部环境 组织构架 这三个因素造成了企业创新发展中的相互制约因素, 对于企业绩效的影响尤为明显 Stam 和 Elfing(2004) 通过研究数据发现, 企业的市 场地位以及行业影响力 与周边行业的衔接力度, 很大程度上取决于企业创业导 向的制定, 而网络战略作为中介变量, 是沟通创业导向和绩效的一座桥梁 [4] 现实可以观察到的大量企业实践表明, 公司创业导向的表现形式多样而复杂, 其绩效表现会因特定的环境和组织背景的不同而产生差异, 单纯从创业导向到企业绩效的线性研究方法过于简化, 也不符合异常复杂的企业实践 因此,Miller(1983) 基于权变思想, 同时考察组织因素 环境因素和战略因素等的组织构造思想日益引起学者们的关注 创业导向究竟是怎样影响企业绩效, 是直接作用还是间接作用, 又或者是通过什么途径来影响的呢? 所以, 本文基于此背景, 2
12 第 1 章绪论 笔者以知识创造为组织因素作为切入点, 旨在分析知识创造在两者之间的协调沟 通作用, 以此探索企业绩效的目标能否确立与实现 1.2 研究意义 1 理论意义 首先, 从理论的角度看, 国内外学者从很早就开始研究创业问题, 并取得了 很多成果 然而, 很少有学者去研究创业导向 绩效和知识创造这三者之间的关 系 随着社会竞争地不断加剧, 在企业发展过程中企业导向的作用越来越关键, 同时知识创造的作用也越来越突出 随着组织因素的影响程度不断加深, 创业导向与绩效之间的关系也逐渐趋于复杂化 所以, 本文首先从理论的角度分析了创业导向和知识创造, 其次再根据现实情况, 将知识创造看着是一个中介变量, 详细具体的分析创业导向和绩效之间的关系 其次, 在目前的研究中, 针对中国特色的创业导向研究为数不多, 大量数据据来自国外的研究成果 所以, 笔者将以国外研究背景结合国内的实际发展情况, 对国内的企业创业导向以及对企业绩效的影响进行研究, 论证其相互关系 同时对于国外科学量表数据进行整合改编, 使其适用性更明显, 更为符合中国企业的发展节奏, 同时对以往研究做一定的完善, 实现操作性强 有借鉴意义的研究成果 2 实践意义在现代经济中, 创业型新兴企业已经成为市场经济发展的主力军 无论是传 统企业还是新生企业, 在发展中都离不开创新这一源动力 只有不断强化企业的 创新机制, 才能使企业在产品开发 市场竞争 材料争夺 绩效优化中获得更多 优势 在企业创新中引入崭新的管理模式, 能够使企业发展更为顺畅 在这一过程中, 创业导向的推动和引导作用表现尤为明显 所以, 对企业创业导向 知识创造与企业绩效之间的关系以及相互作用进行研究, 具有积极的指导意义, 能够使创新型企业找到更为科学规范的发展模式 同时, 本文的研究不仅对于企业提高绩效和创业导向水平有帮助, 而且对于如何通过培育组织内的知识创造能力来促进创业导向, 发挥对企业绩效的作用提 3
13 第 1 章绪论 供了一定的依据 企业内部的知识结构越牢固, 对于创业导向的把握也将越明确 所以, 企业的决策层应当加强对创业导向的重视, 使企业内部形成强大凝聚力, 这样才能更为精准的稳抓机遇, 形成共同的追求目标, 在企业内部使隐形知识与显性知识相互协调作用, 促进企业在创业导向的行动中获取充分的信息及行动支援, 最终使企业绩效得以提高 1.3 研究内容及方法 研究内容本研究试图以知识创造为中介变量, 构建我国企业创业导向和其绩效的关系模型, 以调查问卷方式进行数据收集, 实证分析创业导向对企业绩效的作用机制, 并从数据分析结果总结出研究结论和建议 本文的研究过程设定如下 第一章, 绪论部分 该部分主要论述本论文的选题背景 研究意义 研究内容以及研究方法 第二章, 文献综述部分 该部分主要就国内外关于创业导向和知识创造的文献进行综述, 发现既有理论的研究不足和分歧点, 为本文的研究找到切入点 第三章, 概念框架和假设提出 该部分首先根据国际研究成果, 以国内环境为背景, 提出创业导向 知识创造和企业绩效的维度 ; 之后构建创业导向和知识创造的关系模型, 并提出本文的研究假设 第四章, 研究设计 该部分主要确定问卷调查的样本源, 设计变量测量量表, 介绍对有效数据的统计方法 第五章, 数据分析和模型验证 该部分主要进行问卷发放 回收, 并对回收数据进行整理, 并对有效问卷进行描述性统计 信度和效度检验 相关分析 回归分析 方差分析等, 以对第四章提出的假设进行验证 第六章, 讨论和结论 该部分主要对前一章实证研究结果进行归纳分析, 得出相应的研究结果, 最后介绍本研究的贡献 研究局限和未来研究方向 以上论文结构安排如图 1-1 所示 4

16 第 2 章文献综述 第 2 章文献综述 2.1 创业导向相关研究综述 创业导向, 这是在研究创业过程中出现的构念 早在上世纪七十年代, 学术界尚未有这样概念, 直到 1972 年, 学者 Child 提出这一概念对并对其进行了专业研究, 其后, 这一概念在学术界被广泛认同 如今, 创业导向已经具备了相当完善的理论基础 通过大量国外同类研究的成果整合, 能够看到在国际研究中, 创业导向的专业描述各不相同 而在国内, 不少专家提出了与之相似的概念, 影响较大的有 企业家精神 创业态势 等不同名称 虽然在概念描述上不尽相同, 但是其内涵是高度一致的, 所以现在的研究都使用 创业导向 来统一定义 创业导向的内涵 Child(1972) 对战略选择的理论被认为是创业导向的根源, 其重点指出市场分析对企业发展的助力作用, 从而使企业在制定市场战略目标中指向更为明确, [5] 对于新市场的开拓更为精准有效 明茨伯格(1973) 认为企业对的战略制定模式可以分为三种 : 创业型模式 (Entrepreneurial Mode), 自适应型模式 (Adaptive mode) 和计划型模式 (Planning Mode) [6] 他指出, 创业型模式重点强调市场机遇的发掘, 所以这种模式对于小型企业发展 尤其是资源较为缺 乏的小型企业发展具有较好的引导作用 Miles 和 Snow(1978) 提出了 4 种类型的战略决策模型, 即探险家型 (prospector), 防御者型 (Defender), 分析者型 [7] (Analyzer) 分析和反应型 (Reactor) 模型 他们指出, 探险家型的企业决策战略, 将能够以创新优势取得一定的市场份额, 因为其能够不断进行生产和服务的创新 防御者型的企业主要以稳定发展为主要特点, 突出在某一领域的强化服务和新产品的开发, 在经济行为上主要以标准模式为主, 往往对于市场细分之外领域进行屏蔽, 并以市场阶段性发展与新品研发作为成长动力 分析者型战略的企业则能够对市场变化做出及时反映, 对于市场份额与产品供给之间的效率尤 7
