10 PLG 系列干燥设备 PLG 系列多级喷雾流化造粒干燥机 PLG Series Fluidized Spray Dryer PLG 系列多级喷雾流化造粒干燥设备 PLG 系列多级喷雾流化造粒干燥设备 ( 上排风 ) 是喷雾干燥设备发展至今最成功的设计之一 它可以应用于多种类型的产品, 特别是那些用传统的干燥技术很难做到粉末成形的产品物料 PLG 系列多级喷雾流化造粒干燥设备 ( 上排风 ) 干燥技术结合了流化床干燥技术和喷雾干燥技术, 使颗粒形状和尺寸易于控制 此外 PLG 系列还经常用作为喷雾干燥附聚或喷雾干燥制粒 可以在保持较低粉末温度的时候完成干燥工艺, 另一个重要的功能是可以完美的应用于热敏性产品的干燥成形 PLG series Fluidized Spray Dryer PLG series Fluidized Spray Dryer (upper venting) is one of the most successful designs of spray dryers by now, which can be applied to various types of products, especially those products and materials hard for powder forming by traditional drying technologies. PLG series Fluidized Spray Dryer (upper venting) combines the technologies of fluid-bed drying and spray drying, making it easy to control the shape and size of particles. (2) The drying tower adopts 18-20MPa high-pressure spraying, whereby materials are fully atomized and kept in sufficient contact with hot air to increase the heating area, improve the thermal efficiency and enable instant drying of products. (3) The air distributing device is designed with multiple adjustable air ducts to ensure vertical downward flow of air in the tower, prevent bias flow and vortex, and reduce dust conglutination on the wall to the maximum. (4) The air exhausting part is designed with four venting points at the top, and air is reversed to 180 degrees after reaching the bottom to increase the drying time of materials and efficiently utilize the hot air. The equipment enables even venting and can reduce dust conglutination on the wall to decrease entrainment in the cyclone separator and improve product yield. (5) 旋风和袋式除尘器的细粉经过重新从塔顶回到塔内附聚, 成为较大颗粒, 提高了豆粉的溶解度 同时保护了环境 (6) 塔体内的粉从锥节底口进入振动流化床内, 被二次干燥 造粒和冷却 改善了产品质量, 提高了溶解度 (7) 冷却的粉进入振动筛分机筛分后就可以包装了 产品只有一个出粉口, 减少了粉的损失, 使操作更容易 设备结构紧凑 (8) 采用冷凝水预热冷空气的方法, 回收了余热, 另外也提高了换热器的使用寿命 (9) 塔体为带有锥节的圆柱体, 没有其它复杂结构, 便于清扫或清洗 (5) Fine powders in the cyclone and bag type cyclone dust collectors return from the tower top to the tower body and aggregate into large particles to improve the solubility of bean flour and protect the environment. (6) Powders in the tower body enter from the bottom of cone coupling into the vibrating fluid bed for secondary drying, granulating and cooling. In this way, product quality and solubility are improved. (7) The cooled power can be packed after screening by the vibrating screen classifier. The equipment of compact structure is designed with one powder outlet only to reduce powder loss and make it easy for operation. (8) Condensed water is used for preheating of cold air to recover waste heat and extend the service life of heat exchanger. (9) The cylindrical tower body with cone couplings is not designed with any other complex structures, thus easy for cleaning. (11) Air hammers are provided at the lowest part of cone couplings of drying tower, bag type dust collector and cyclone separator, which are intermittently started up in sequence under control of a pulse control instrument to timely and efficiently shake off possible powders accumulated in the cone couplings. (12) Cone angle of the tower is designed below 45 to ensure smooth falling of dust in the cone couplings. (13) According to control requirements of various systems, an instrument box is provided for direct start-up and control of mechanical and electrical equipments, which is designed with display of inlet air temperature, exhaust air temperature, internal temperature of the tower, negative pressure in the tower body, as well as inlet air temperature and negative pressure of fluid bed

Liquid is atomized and led into the high-speed flow of dry air, and the atomized liquid drops are driven by air flow into the built-in fluid bed, and dried into particles at the same time. While particles enter the fluid bed, air flow is reversed upward and vented from the top of drying tower. Fine particles separated from exhaust air are re-circulated into the drying tower body. Fluidization of particles in the fluid bed, circulation of fine powders and movement of particles in dry air flow occur in an air environment with higher dust density than traditional drying system. The bonding problem of particle surfaces is solved, and those particles with high moisture content can be further processed. Moisture content of particles in the fluid bed can be controlled with certain range to obtain larger particles and enable change of structure (agglomeration or granulation). If required, the products can be finally dried and cooled in another external fluid bed connected to the outlet of the built-in bed. 传统压力造粒干燥机设备 传统离心干燥机产品 PLG 粉末粗粉等级 PLG 粉末细粉等级 Control of particle size/shape and powder characteristics With spray drying and fluid bed drying processes combined in the same drying tower, the drying machine can be operated in wide ranges of particle size, moisture content and dry air temperature for better control of the degree and effect of particle agglomeration or granulation. Atomized droplets and dry particles interact in three areas in the PLG drying tower till agglomeration or granulation is completed. 1. In the first area around the atomizer: atomized droplets are in mutual contact. 2. In the second area inside the drying tower body: atomized droplets are in contact with dry particles. 3. In the third area inside and at the top of fluid bed: wet particles are in contact with dry ones. The more sufficient droplets are in contact with particles, the larger and more compact particles are finally agglomerated or granulated. Fine powders are agglomerated under high outlet air temperature, when moisture content of particles in the drying tower is relatively low to impair the effect of agglomeration. Cooling air is used in the built-in fluid bed. Large powders are agglomerated under low outlet air temperature to increase the moisture content of particles in the drying tower and improve the effects of agglomeration and granulation. Hot air is used in the built-in fluid bed. While turning the fed liquid into large agglomerated and granulated particles, PLG can deliver powders finer than the particles processed by other spray drying equipments. Further, PLG can use agglomerated particles with high moisture content as the fed powders

Meanwhile, the drying tower can be fitted with the systems or equipments for agglomeration of fine power, multi-spray gun agglomeration and granulation, air conveying of finished product as well as vibrating fluid bed. To ensure safety in operation, explosion door is installed in the tower body, as well as alarms for ultra high temperature in the tower and exhaust air. Auto control system can be provided for users with high requirements. Therefore, the pressure type upper-venting spraying and drying tower is advantageous over the lower-venting drying tower in the following aspects: (1) Saving energy: As the return air plenum of upperventing tower is in a high negative pressure zone in the upper part, evaporation under high negative pressure can reduce the evaporating temperature in the process of evaporation to save steam and energy. The upper-venting tower only consumes 2.8~3.0kg steam for evaporation of 1kg water, saving 8~10% steam; (2) Saving construction investment: For equipments of the same size, the building height of upper-venting drying tower is 5~7m lower than the lower-venting tower. (3) Good product quality: In the upper-venting drying tower, the particle sizes are even, with little large and small particles. As the powder drying area is in a zone of high negative pressure, powders are dried under low temperature, thus vitamins in the powders are little degraded, and protein not denatured. Additionally, the heating time of powders is shorter than lower-venting tower in the drying process, thus the color, granularity and solubility of final product are better. (4) Easy for cleaning: The tower body is simple and easy for manufacturing. As the tower cylinder and cone are directly and smoothly connected without any dead angle, all parts in contact with dust can be easily cleaned after the tower door is opened. (5) Reducing emissions and labor intensity: As circular wind curtain can not be formed and powders are seriously accumulated on the wall in lower-venting drying tower, daily brushing or cleaning is required, which not only adds to material loss and wastes a large amount of hot water, but also consumes power and increase emissions. On the contrary, the upper-venting tower adopts the mode of mixed-flow drying, where droplets are in the cocurrent flow during the constant-speed drying period and mixed-flow air exhaust is actuated in the deceleration period; air flow is reversed to 180 degrees at the bottom, making the drying material separated from air; and large circular air curtain is formed on the tower wall during high-speed upward movement of air and in the tower during drying, thus dust accumulation on the wall is well controlled and the tower can be cleaned in an interval over 10 days. In this way, emissions and labor intensity are reduced, and energy saved
