4 摘要 摘要 随着社会经济的高度发展, 人们对石油的需求量不断增加, 而其储量不断 减少 目前油气田开发的任务就是尽可能经济 合理地提高地下油气的采出程 度, 即提高石油采收率 (EOR, Enhanced oil recovery) 随着油田的进一步开发, 开采难度会逐步增大 本文即着眼于现在石油工业最关心的问题 如何提高 采收率, 主要研究提高石油采收率用共聚物的合成及性能分析 实验以不同单体比例和引发剂量下, 合成了中间产物苯乙烯 - 马来酸酐共聚 物, 以四氢呋喃为溶剂在不同条件下合成苯乙烯 - 马来酸酐 - 十八胺共聚物 将 合成的共聚物作油溶性稠油降粘剂, 测试了所制备的样品对稠油的降粘效果, 考察降粘剂添加量及测试温度对降粘效果的影响, 对降粘剂应用的条件作初步 探索, 再考察共聚物中长碳侧链 苯环含量以及引发剂量对降粘效果的影响 在合成的引发剂浓度为 1 wt%, 苯乙烯与马来酸酐比例为 1:1 条件下合成的共 聚物, 当测试温度为 50, 添加浓度为 1000 ppm, 共聚物的降粘率达 15.6% 实验用丙烯酸和二十二醇通过酯化反应合成丙烯酸二十二酯, 以二甲苯为 溶剂, 过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂, 用丙烯酸二十二酯 苯乙烯 N- 乙烯基吡咯烷 酮为单体, 合成了一系列共聚物样品 实验测试了不同引发剂浓度 测试温度 及共聚物中长碳侧链含量和苯乙烯含量对共聚物降粘率的影响 在引发剂浓度 为 0.5 wt%, 丙烯酸二十二酯 苯乙烯 N- 乙烯基吡咯烷酮单体比例为 0.28:0.36:0.36 条件下合成的共聚物, 当测试温度为 40, 添加浓度为 1000 ppm, 共聚物的降粘率达 16.9% 实验以丙烯酰胺为主体, 用可以抑制丙烯酰胺水解的疏水单体 N,N- 二甲基丙烯酰胺和具耐温抗盐基团的两亲大单体 [3-( 甲基丙烯酰氨基 ) 丙基 ] 二甲基 (3- 硫代丙基 ) 氢氧化铵内盐对其进行改性, 合成 AM-DMAM-DMMPPS 水溶性共聚物 实验研究不同反应因素和测试条件对共聚物水溶液粘度的影响, 以及共聚物与表面活性剂相互作用及分析 关键词 :EOR; 共聚物 ; 油溶性 ; 水溶性 I
5 Abstract Abstract With the rapid development of the social economy, the demand for oil is growing while the current oil resources are exhausting. How to improve production of the oil well as economically and reasonably as possible is the the primary aim of the oil resources development. This is usually referred to enhanced oil recovery (EOR) technology. With the further development of the oil field, the difficulty of exploitation gradually increases. Therefore, EOR is the most top issue for the oil industry. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the synthesis and properties of copolymer for EOR. Styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer used as intermediate product was synthesized with different initiator amounts and molar ratios of the different monomers. The the viscosity reducer styrene-maleic anhydride-octadecylamine (SMO) copolymers were synthesized while tetrahydrofuran was utilized as solvent. The viscosity of heavy oils with the different samples was measured. The effect of the viscosity reducer concentration and test temperature on viscosity reduction ratio of heavy oil was investigated experimentally. Moreover, the effect of the ratio of the long alkyl branch chain and aromatic ring in SMO and the amount of initiator in reaction were also studied in the viewpoint of the viscosity reduction efficiency. The experimental results indicated that the reduction of viscosity can be up to 15.6% under the following conditions: the synthetic initiator concentration was 1 wt%, the styrene and maleic anhydride ratio was 1:1, the experiment was tested at 50, the concentration of the viscosity reducer was 1000 ppm. Docosyl acrylate was synthesized by esterification of acrylic acid and docosanol. and a series of copolymers were synthesized by copolymerization of docosyl acrylate, styrene and N-vinyl pyrrolidone with benzoyl peroxide as the iniator in the xylene solutions. With respect to theviscosity reduction, effects of the initiator concentration, test temperature, long alkyl branch chain and styrene were studied. At the 0.5 wt% of II
6 Abstract initiator concentration and 1000 ppm of the copolymer concentration, the reduction of viscosity was 16.9% at 40 while the docosyl acrylate, styrene and N-vinyl pyrrolidone monomer ratio was 0.28:0.36:0.36. The water soluble copolymers AM-DMAM-DMMPPS were synthesized by free radical copolymerization of acrylamide (AM), N,N-Dimethylacrylamide (DMAM) and [3-(Methacryloylamino)propyl]dimethyl(3-sulfopropyl)ammonium hydroxide inner salt (DMMPPS). Influence of the polymerization reaction on solution viscosity was evaluated under different test conditions of the aqueous solution. Moreover, the copolymer solution and the mixture solution of copolymer and surfactant were investigated respectively with regard to the Viscosity and Surface tension. 13 前言 前言 石油资源是一种重要的战略资源, 对国家的经济发展和人民生活水平的提高 具有重要作用 然而它并不是取之不尽, 用之不竭的, 随着勘探开发程度的加深, 开采难度会逐步加大, 因此提高石油采收率不仅是石油工业界, 而且是整个工业 界普遍关心的问题 随着原油需求的不断攀升, 开发新的提高采收率技术已经是 保证原油产量, 确保能源安全的必然的选择 提高石油采收率是指除一次采油外所进行的所有提高石油采收率的措施, 包括二次采油和三次采油 油气田开发的任务就是尽可能经济 合理地提高地下油气的采出程度, 即提高石油采收率 纵观原油生产的全过程, 其实就是一个不断提高采收率的过程 提高石油采收率方法较多, 现在油田提高采收率的方法按驱油剂的种类来分可分为化学驱 气驱 热力驱和微生物驱四种 其中化学驱包括聚合物驱 表面活性剂驱 碱驱及复合驱 泡沫驱等 ; 气驱包括 CO 2 混相 / 非混相驱 氮气驱 烃类气驱和烟道气驱等 ; 热力驱包括蒸汽吞吐 热水驱 蒸汽驱和火烧油层等 ; 微生物驱包括微生物调剖或微生物驱油等 提高石油采收率方法中有的已形成工业化应用, 有的正在开展先导性矿场试验, 还有的还处于理论研究之中 本文旨在对提高原油采收率的共聚物进行研究, 研究内容主要有两个方面, 一个方面是针对可以提高稠油采收率用的油溶性共聚物降粘剂, 另一个是针对含水油藏或水驱后用的水溶性丙烯酰胺改性共聚物 实验内容包括共聚物的合成 表征和性能分析, 重点考察不同的合成因素与测试条件对共聚物性能的影响 1
14 第一章文献综述 第一章文献综述 油气田开发的任务就是尽可能经济 合理地提高地下油气的采出程度, 即提 高石油采收率 在原油生产的第一阶段, 原油是利用天然能量来开采的, 其最终 采收率一般只能达到 10%~15% 左右, 即一次采油 当天然能量耗尽时, 通过其 它方式向油层提供补充能量, 以增加采收率的方法, 即二次采油 它的采收率远 比能量衰竭法高, 最终采收率通常为 25%~40% [1], 这时油田开发进入后期 为了进一步提高油藏开发后期产出量, 便开始采用向油层注入化学剂或气体溶剂, 继续开采剩余在油藏中的石油, 这便是三次采油 提高石油采收率是指除一次采 油外所进行的所有提高石油采收率的措施, 包括二次采油和三次采油 在提高石油采收率的过程中, 应用最广泛的化学助剂是聚合物 聚合物可以用作水驱 化学驱 气驱 热 / 聚合物驱 热 / 复合驱等的添加剂, 降低油相的粘度或降低水相渗透率, 从而改善流度比, 增加波及效率来达到提高原油采收率的目的 本章主要对提高石油采收率及方法进行概述, 重点考察了聚合物在采油中的应用和研究现状及发展 1.1 提高石油采收率方法概述 影响石油采收率的因素主要有 [3-4] [2] :1 油层的非均质性 油层的非均质性主 要由沉积条件所造成的 此外, 次生成岩作用 断层作用对于油层的非均质性也 有一定的影响 地层越不均质, 采收率越低 2 流度比 流度是指流体在孔隙介质中的流动能力 流度比是指驱油时驱动液流度对被驱动液流度的比值 驱动液是水, 被驱动液是油, 水油流度比越小, 渗透率变异系数越小, 采收率越高 3 油层润湿性 驱油剂对油层的润湿性反应在驱油剂流经岩石毛细孔道产生的毛细管阻力 若驱油剂对岩石表面有很好的润湿性, 会使油对岩石对油的润湿角增大, 从而减小毛细管阻力, 提高驱油效率 4 布井方式 布井方式是按一定的几何形状布置生产井与注水显示器系统, 水油流度比不同的布井方式有不同的波及系数 2
15 第一章文献综述 在相同的布井方式中, 不同的井距也有不同的波及系数 在布井方式相同时, 井 距越小, 波及系数越大, 因此采收率越高 由此可知, 提高石油采收率可通过两个途径来实现, 或是提高波及系数, 或 是提高驱油效率 提高波及系数可以通过改善驱油剂与原油的流度比来实现 ; 提 高驱油效率可以通过改善驱油剂对岩石表面的润湿性或降低毛细管阻力来实现 提高石油采收率方法较多, 现在油田提高采收率的方法按驱油剂的种类来分 可分为化学驱 气驱 热力驱和微生物驱四种 化学驱油技术 化学驱油是是指向注入水中加入一定的化学剂, 以改变驱替流体的性质及驱 替流体与原油之间的界面性质, 从而有利于原油生产的一种采油方法 [5] 它是一 种在水驱基础上强化采油的方法, 是注水油田开发载入中后期最有潜力的接替驱 油技术 [6] 稀油油藏采用的三次采油方法大多为化学驱 [7-8], 同时, 国内外对化学 驱提高稠油采收率的影响做了大量的研究 热 / 复合驱等 [10-17] 聚合物驱 3 [9], 如热 / 聚合物驱 热 / 表面活性剂驱 化学驱通常包括聚合物驱 表面活性剂驱 碱驱和复合驱 在三次采油技术中, 聚合物驱油是其主要手段之一 其驱油机理清楚, 工艺 相对简单, 技术日趋成熟, 是一项有效的提高采收率技术措施, 以其操作方便, 原料易得, 成本较低, 并可与调整油水剖面相结合等特点而倍受青睐 聚合物驱 油技术是通过向注入水中添加水溶性高分子量的聚合物, 增加水相粘度和降低水 相渗透率, 从而改善流度比, 增加波及效率来达到提高原油采收率的目的 国内 外研究与现场试验表明, 聚合物驱是提高原油采收率的有效方法, 且该方法已经 在我国大庆 河南 吉林 胜利等油田成功应用 [18] 影响聚合物驱油的原因 [19] :1 聚合物的结构及浓度的影响 2 油藏岩石类型 的影响 3 剪切的影响 4 地层水矿化度的影响 5 注入速度的影响 6 注入水 质的影响 聚合物驱油剂有合成聚合物 生物聚合物 天然聚合物的改性产物三大类 而目前主要有部分水解聚丙烯酰胺 (HPAM) 和生物聚合物黄原胶广泛应用于油 田 由于黄原胶容易发生生物降解 热稳定性差及价格过高, 因此, 目前广泛使 [20] 用的聚合物驱油剂主要是聚丙烯酰胺类驱油剂
16 第一章文献综述 表面活性剂驱表面活性剂驱油是将表面活性剂 ( 通常是石油磺酸盐 ) 加入到注入水中通过降低油水界面张力提高驱油效率的一种三次采油方法, 根据加入表面活性剂量以及在地下形成的体系性质 表面活性剂驱可分为胶束驱 乳状液驱以及低界面张力的活性水驱 表面活性剂具有双亲官能结构, 当表面活性剂溶于水时, 分子主要分布在油 水界面上, 可以降低油水界面张力 油水界面张力的降低意味着粘附功的减小, 即油易从地层表面洗下来, 提高洗油效率 表面活性剂的驱油效果还表现在使亲 [21-22] 油的岩石表面润湿性反转 原油乳化 提高表面电荷密度及油滴聚并等作用 常用的表面活性剂有石油磺酸盐 木质素磺酸盐 合成磺酸盐和非离子表面活性剂 表面活性剂驱的主要问题有 :1 原油被采出油层后地面处理较为复杂, 破乳较困难, 后续污水处理难度大 ;2 表面活性剂对稠油的选择性较差, 尚未找到具有普遍适应用的表面活性剂 ;3 适合在油层中使用的表面活性剂必须要耐高温 耐盐及耐矿化度, 现有的相关产品成本比较高 碱驱碱驱是一种以碱溶液为驱油剂的驱油法 碱与原油中的有机酸混合时, 会生成表面活性物质并聚集在油水界面上, 降低油水界面张力, 这样就可使碱驱产生表面活性驱的效果 碱与原油中的有机酸混合生成表面活性物质, 因此碱溶液在地层中能与原油形成水包油乳液 形成乳液后, 一方面可以通过液阻效应提高波及系数 ; 另一方面, 乳化后的油不易再粘附到岩石表面, 提高驱替效率 在较高的碱浓度 (1%~5%) 时, 碱可通过改变吸附在岩石表面的油溶性活性物质溶解 度而使它们解吸, 恢复岩石表面的亲水性 即岩石表面由油润湿变为水润湿, 从 而提高了驱替效率 [4] 碱驱所用的碱主要有 : 氢氧化钠 碳酸钠 硅酸钠 磷酸钠 原硅酸钠等, 由于碱剂在成本上要比表面活性剂便宜很多, 因此人们对碱驱进行了一系列的深入研究 但是碱驱机理也较为复杂, 驱油限制较多, 至今还没有系统地研究过与碱水驱油有关的乳状液类型及特征, 也没有具体碱水配方, 矿场试验的规模和范围较小, 国内仅在少数油田进行过尝试 碱驱主要的问题是会造成地下岩层的结垢 腐蚀等问题, 改变地层岩层的原油结构, 对其产生不可恢复的破坏 4
